Anybody else noticed that the latest 512.77 Nvidia driver is much much much better than the previous one? I gained like 8% perfomance compared to previous driver. The previous one was such sh*t.

 

I use a RTX 3080. I stopped using DDU, because my hardware mostly brute forces its's power lol.

There were some general performance improvements with the last GTA V patch that added those placeholder E&E files as well, so that might have helped. I noticed it at least even on an old AMD driver (I've now updated as they have a new experimental one out with DirectX 11 improvements).

Sadly it does make a lot of sense from their perspective, that broken and dated thing received almost 9 years worth of extra content (read: lots of time and money poured into it) & was recently separated from the single-player part of the game for a reason, expect them to run GTA:O alongside GTA6, at least for the first year or two, GTA6 SP is going to be a mammoth project, we cant expect them to also be developing "GTA:O2" alongside it, instead "GTA:O2" will launch in a very basic state, similar to what GTA:O was on launch. Then in the years that follow they will expand it with DLC to be more like GTA:O

Yeah I don't doubt they'll keep GTA Online going for years to come but I think it will be its separate thing, and GTA VI will get it's own Online version eventually.

Okay,So the Modders are now stronger than ever, I was in my garage when outta nowhere Purple Flare Explosions,Hydrant bursts and Cluster Explosions started Happening.This has been gotten worse day by day now.

 

And I gained a wanted level,as if I had done the explosions(WTH?)

A day of a PC player...now they are spamming messages in the phone too, they always find ways to screw people, this guys are basement dwellers with Cheetos stains all over their fat bodies, they need to compensate that

This newly introduced ammo loss is CRAZY. Support told me to just buy ammo from the interaction menu but if you leave freemode you basically will run a tab of 80k+ regardless. It's f*ckin wack...

It really was a like 8% increase, in perfomance if it comes to NVIDIA.

The support are practically brain-dead. They're more useless than a piece of cardboard stained with sh*t. This game is mostly designed to sink your bank account.

This game really needs a new DLC...it will be interesting to see how will be the first DLC post-new gen (and this is "if" they are going with the "first dlc that don't have the limitations of the software of old gen"). The game is pretty stale, quite boring...and the last DLC didn't help, being this one focused on a "family friendly" - limitation nº 1 - and based on a real life celebrity - limitation nº 2 - and if this new VIP Contract probably about Rosalía it's going to be a thing i hope it's not the full summer dlc, if it's going to follow the recipe of the latter. But DLC apart, we need more entertaining stuff to do in free mode, since day one i want a pool game, bring that R*. We need café in the game (like Café Robina), we need the mall to open, we need restaurants, we need a new strip club - open HornBills, Rockstar! - Bahamas Mamas would also be cool, we could use of a new sports like Basketball - so we could have some real purpose for those basketball outfits - and a nice variation of vehicles, at least one bike, to make up for all those years since 2016 that we didn't had a proper bike and by that i mean not a trike or quad, but a sports/super bike, but that have space for a 2nd seater, if not it's a rip-off with the prices they are asking now (shinobi and reever) and we need new bussiness styles that doesn't mean coke and other drugs, like a taxi company, a fighting club, a brothel bussiness, a ilegal gambling bussiness, restaurant bussiness, going to vinewood industry, etc., there's a lot of options.

I lost $30K of minigun ammo, and $10K of RPG ammo.

I been to a carmeet yesterday, on PC lol. The White and black cars are kinda cool. My car was the Supra with Falken livery. It was weird nobody killed each other, for like 20 minutes.

Im pretty sure the ammo loss only happens if you use the MOC.

Yall with Ammo loss: go try find and play a PacSt Finale. When I was losing my ammo like that it somehow got fixed after playing one of those. Of course, till the next time I had to restart the game. It was rinse and repeat. Not saying it will work, might be an entirely new bug, but just try and see how it turns out.

 

Also: NEVER buy ammo from the quick menu on a OG Heist set up screen. EVER. It's a sink hole.

There are a bunch of different ways, actually. The most common way I lose mine is by choosing a "random" job from my phone and canceling it if it's something I don't want to do. I lose my shotgun and MG ammo frequently.

If I have to lose ammo it's (almost) always about 200 sniper rounds (this is insanely fast to recover for free) , heist invites seem to like doing this.

 

Just don't buy regular ammo at all if you aren't in a hurry.

About anything being discovered.....we discovered that R* has now become true to their name i.e RockstarGames,and are now focusing on Music and then games instead of what they used to do(Make Awesome Games and then Add Awesome music to make it more awesome).

Also when playing survivals(it was a Scrapyard with 2 random russians). I've lost recently absolutly all my ammo that wasn't hidden by weapon locker, so about 180k according the job menu..I just glitched Cayo and refunded myself. I'm too lazy and fat rich to write a support request to R*.

Actually, I enjoy hanging around in freemode and boosting my income gradually rather than relentless grinding through CP, for example, which becomes self-defeating when it's not fun, but I do have two consistent gripes.

 

The silly limit on the amount VPs allowed in each lobby, which seems pointless. You need to be a VP for most activities, so why limit this? Sure, switch lobbies, but it's an annoyance, especially when you already are a CEO but can no longer continue when joining a new session. I have these businesses and plans that I can't run because Jimmy Barcode level 5 fancies being a President.

 

And the corona delivery bugs, which are so inconsistent. Deliver a prep unit, but can't enter the sub, or an exotic export that doesn't register, or a business battles unit that fails to be accepted. Again, switch lobbies and try again, but I have turned the game off after failing delivery multiple times.

 

I find free-aim lobbies help a lot due to their reduced numbers, but large lobbies with dozens of players compound the issue.

I think moving forth with GTA6 it is cheaper to own the music from the beginning than instead of licensing the music....
