I've contacted Rom personally regarding sampling, while he couldn't use his old stuff that EA owns, he did produce a fortnite song, I think a main theme (I don't play fortnite so idk) so it would be amazing to get him and Junkie XL to produce some new but familiar sounding music for DLC.

C'mon bro...we are just talking a bit of that subject even if it would work as a main theme of a DLC or if would work better as some "side-quest" mechanics like @Niii suggested. Looks like we are even talking about Bigfoot here, idk why people get so chocked. When i usually mention pimp DLC is as a way to close the "gta classic bussinesses" departments. We owned the Pole Position strip club in Vice City and random ones in VCS. In GTA SA we could do pimp missions and as a reward you wouldn't pay more the prostitutes for their services, they would pay you instead (lol?!). So it's not an out of the box bussiness because was always present in the gta world, still, and @Mexicola9302 made me laugh real hard, when he put into the equation how R* would put into words the information about bonus week for that bussiness. But, idk, maybe we are looking too much into it. It's not like they also say: "this week, take advantage in 2x $ in coke sellings and watch you ruin thousands of lifes by using the product you distribute to them, you naughty criminal". They simply say: "take advantage this week with 2x $ in coke/weed/etc., sellings", period. So if you would run a mothel it would be: "take advantage of 2x $ of income from your brothel/strip club and if you don't own one, this week buy one with a 50% price discount", period.

Still, i guess that at this day and age we will not have this type of DLC, so i should shut up about it once and for all (until, and if, the day R* surprises everyone with a DLC like that. ), but some people go the extra mile and bring "human trafficking" to the debate...and "what's next?! a child molesting DLC? Organ traffic DLC?" and that doesn't help...and as a matter of fact seems like our characters do that...there's some warehouse crates bussiness that the "meds" articles, that some boxes says: "human organs".

But...let's close the pimp dlc debate once again...and IN OTHER NEWS:

We are debating pretty much lately a proper fighting club...and maybe R* just trolling or making random decorations to our properties interiors, but...it's quite an odd article, taking into account that normal stuff are usually paintings, small statues, etc., so, why such a random boxing poster? Am i looking too much into it?

It would be freakin awesome if R* snuck a fight club into the game using the phrase "we dont talk about fight club" as an excuse not to mention it in trailers.  Before they added the new casino they put temporary props around the old one to imply its being renovated.  Would be practically genius if R* did a fight club like this.

NO Mk2's. I have never played gta online without seeing this abomination. I started in 2019... Been a largely negative experience...

R* did do some Alien "Invasion"/Threat during Halloween.I missed it but the community did enjoy the Event.R* can probably use assets from that,except that UFOs shoot lasers instead of EMP now.

I read two years ago about how that Summer Special DLC was meant to be some police themed update but it was scrapped due to police brutality and George Floyd. Maybe we are getting it this summer since things have calmed down a little. Besides that, I don't know, when I played the Contract, I got the feeling that Rosalia was being teased as another client.

Perfect time to point out that since I've been told they plan out DLCs in advance of a about a year, they either are going to release it this year in continuation of fan requested summer DLCs or it's forever canned.

 

I have a funny feeling they won't though because they are scared of some repeat scenario happening when they start advertising CnC.

I love you for mentioning Rom Di Prisco, kids these days don't know what it feels like to race with that playing on the background and pumping you up!

 

Last week I stumbled upon a match made in heaven: Rom Di Prisco + GT7 + the CLK GTR

 

 

Still though...I think we had enough of racing oriented DLCs.

 

I also don't feel safe with R* adding more often requested racecars if they're just gonna castrate them later on like they did the Tuners.

I mean, it doesn't mean they have to release it this summer, imagine if they change plans (if they have CnC in mind) and put that in xmas dlc or even only for next year.

 

Still, if they are going this route of "DLC A, B or C no bcz this may not be well received in public opinion, or bcz it can trigger a social group or whatever, then they should just make GTA turn into The Sims or a pure racing game and then they can cash in for content that's only family friendly and forget that gta is a crime simulator game.

And to make things worse, R* was able to manage to put unchangable background music (bcz u can't even turn on the radio) unless you mute the game and did put some of the most annoying in the soundtrack list that came with tuners. Idk the name of the artist and nothing personal, but that is usually one of hte main songs that is playing in the LSCM, i know the name of it "Forever Free" and to me it's annoying and quite out of place for a street racing scenario vibe.

Like i'm saying, we have becoming quite repetitive in terms of either it's nightclub theme or racing theme, why? Easy answer: bcz are some of the dlc types that the public in general are one voice into like and agreeing with that kind of content.

 

And yes, let's ruin some more cars with street racing style liveries and add a damn nascar/rally race number.

Same, got Lester letter on map again(like if I'd to meet him for first time), and I watch tutorials when entering a Special Cargo warehouse and my high end appartment, something going wrong, at least I relieved, I'm not alone with that.

The marksman rifle mk2 with a rifle scope has a weaker zoom power and auto aim range for some reason, it's pretty much mouse and keyboard territory if you want to have fun landing headshots on a regular basis.

 

And if you want more dakka use the laser machine gun, people can B&M about it but 9999 shots is interesting, the laser minigun you can.

I mostly use the Bullpup Rifle MK2, it has the superior ROF, the dmg is good but it's not that accurate, but if you are used to it, it's much more deadly than any of the other Assault Rifles. I use it for PVP and PVE. I only use the Combat MG MK2 to take down helicopters, or if there are many cars with enemies inside it. While riding a motorcycle or using a boat i always use the SMG MK2. In cars i always use the AP-Pistol, because it's more accurate than the Micro-SMG and it has more bullets in the magazine, and does more dmg. Of course i also use Pump Shotgun MK2 and Heavy Sniper MK2 with explosive rounds. I sometimes also use the Desert Eagle, or one of the 3 revolvers just for fun. The Pistol MK2 i mostly use for all stealthy freeroam missions, if i source cars, or buy crates or whatever, or if the target is too far away the regular Sniper Rifle.

 

I wish the AK would be stronger, the heavy rifle too. I mean they should have 7.62 mm ammo, the other rifles have 5.56 mm afaik, well it would make sense if the weapons with larger caliber would do more dmg. Desert Eagle should one hit most NPC's but it doesn't. that also doesn't make much sense. I can only hope, that pistols and rifles with larger calibers do more dmg in GTA VI. This will never be changed in current GTA.

 

I like the look of the AK MK2, it sucks that it's so weak. I would probably only use that weapon if it were stronger.
