Once I drop BST, I can’t use it again because I “hit the drop limit” for it. I have to change sessions to use it again. But here’s the catch: it happens in every session. Is this a new bug or an intentional change?

 

EDIT: It fixed itself. Stupid bug.

Personally, I always thought if they were to open up a hotel it will be a parody of John Wick and The Continental. You know, a place for assassins. Build on the telephone hits with some more assassinations in freemode, maybe some developed contract missions too. Add in a new rep system. As you progress you unlock better rooms for purchase and new services in the hotel (social space) and around the map: vehicle mod shop (similar to agency, Tulip SS?), weapons dealer (professional weapons like WA2000 Sniper), tailor (John Wick suits), etc

forgot say but under ps5/ inside RPF some files relate towards customization on police vehicles, such as custom light bars, painted interiors, scanners, custom output from scanner, new police siren, will find file again but was a lot settings, not sure if on PC version, but was under PS5/ inside a RPF

 Leftover code from some purgatory you stumbled upon? Or is that actually new stuff? I don't remember anyone finding some of that back in the summer 2020 files like custom lightbars unless you mean pushbars/bullbars

Well you are partially right.

You can select it if you do not own a safehouse (atleast on PC, no idea about the new consoles) but all it does is spawn you in front of a random hotel in the city.

Something needs to be done about Godmode. This mess is ruining and already ruined GTA Online. I've encounted these scrubs in almost every game.

Seriously Rockstar, do you even know how to fix your own game? Seems like the losers that don't wanna play fair or are scare of fighting toe to toe know more about your game than you do!

I encountered some plonker driving around in a God mode orange Phantom (without the trailer attached). His blip showed up as normal. Sh*t's getting out of hand.

I know it happens with NPCs as well. I'm just saying it makes no sense, so I could only assume it's a long time bug or something. A sticky shouldn't blow up your car (if it's armoured) just because it was shot by another player or NPC.

There's so many fancy hotels and that big one in rockford hills i think, that is called (i think) RockFord Hills Hotel, it's a huge hotel that never felt any purpose, i mean, tbh, not a single hotel have a purpose in the game. No mission checkpoints even. So why not take advantage of that?

 

The bussiness model could also be connect to VIP's, since you need to be a person with money to go to a 5 start hotel. The legit front would be basically managing a hotel as normal and that would generate an income like the Agency. There would be some "dirty jobs" to do, but that would correspond to the legal part of the bussiness, example...imagine that there's a person who's not a VIP but have money and refuses to leave the presidential suite when there's a VIP that would want to stay in your presidential suite and only will stay at your hotel if he/she uses that room. You could for example, have one of the "management missions" being to treat or scare that person to leave the presidential suite to make room for the VIP. One other mission could be to pick some clients at the airport to your hotel but they are criminals and some gang is waiting for them and you need to protect them and get back to your hotel. Etc., just put the imagination at work.

 

Then we would have the ilegal side of the bussiness and i think the model could be not only one type of ilegal front. I will say that you could have:

- some ilegal gambling room where VIP's and other folks would go there for gambling and make some bets that the Diamond Casino don't allow bcz they don't want to risk people to bet so high which could bring problems to the casino.

- some hidden motel room services, where you would pick some prostitutes on the street or from some strip club and take them to the clients in your hotel, well, to the "hidden" rooms of the hotel, that would work basically as a motel. Make note that this wouldn't be a prostitution bussiness per say and i'm conceiving this idea as a way to not be as such, taking into account the voices here more against this bussiness . You wouldn't be a pimp, you would just pick a prostitute that make a contract with a client to pay for sex, they only will use the hidden motel of your hotel since that VIP don't want to jeopardize to be seen picking a prostitute in the street or being caugh in some strip club - and we had to deal with something like this in the Agency, when we had to go grab a watch of a judge from the Vanilla Unicorn or his reputation would be over - but you could also use those rooms to bring prostitutes that you pay for their services, which lead us to a new feature/building interior for a new game mechanic:

 

This DLC would bring a new set of safehouses: the hotel/motel rooms across the city, which was a cut feature of GTA Online, there's evidence of a spaning location set on "Hotel". And it's not like we don't have a motel room interior alrady in the game, but only has been used for one mission from the Casino Heist DLC, where you have to enter a room where there's a Duggan's employeed with a prostitute and you have to knock him down or kill him to get the keycard, sure it would be just a motel room, so it's not like you "own" that property (you would just pay a fee of 50 bucks on those daily "tax payments", for realism purposes) and it would be something that maybe only new players that don't have much thing in the game would use, but let's make that possible and in addition would come with a garage service where you could fit 2-6 cars, remember this would be a feature basically used more within new players with few stuff on their game progress.

(Now, you guys aren't going to take me serious on the last paragraph, right? But i am. )
 

Still, this update could also bring a new mechanic, that you could use either in the motel room safehouse or in your own room in your hotel (bussiness): you could bring prostitutes there, to be a new animation, instead the same old inside the car. There wouldn't be anything explicit, they could just use The Sims mechanics, where you get the couple to go to the bed and you only see that there was happening some "action" under the sheets:

I honesty would love a pimping business. As long as I'm delivering my gyals in a supercharged Polaris v8, instead of a post up van; I'm good with that.

There should also be one mission where you recover the Dominator GTT

Yes, a Fast-Food bussiness is one of my top list. But that idea is fiercely defended by @Crateman, he's like the spokesperson of it. But i would like to have a fancy restaurant as a base where you could choose from a certain type of themes, italian, japanese, etc., but then some "mino" bussiness branches in clucking bell, burguer shot, taco bomb, etc.

GTA VI announcement i would say that it's still a bit far. They have to promote the next gen for GTA V new DLC's still.

I mean, i didn't even said that the Hotel Bussiness would have you as a pimp. What i woudl say that you could have a "secret" motel rooms where you cold bring prostitutes as requested from some your VIP hotel guests, because they wouldn't want to risk to go pick them themselves at the streets or go at strip clubs. You wouldn't have any responsability here. It was a contract made with that person and the prostitute. You just going to pick her (or him, why not bring equality for the prostitutin sector? lol) as her ride to her/his client. It would be like a hotel mission of your bussiness, like the security missions for the agency. And i sketched that idea since a lot of people where don't like a prostitution dlc in a gta game, which is kinda odd, but ok. But that hotel/motel dlc, would bring a new mechanics at least for the prostitutes you pick on the street for you as a client, because i'm kinda tired of the limitation of just going to do the thing inside a car...and that could also add the booty calls with the strippers of vanilla unicorn like you can do in Story Mode.

The part of gambling - you owning a ilegal gambling room in the hotel - well, despite you can't do gambling (in my country neither) wouldn't mean that you could have a ilegal bussiness of gambling where you would see npc's thre gambling. It would be a new bussiness type...we have the casino but we don't own it in any way. But i would say that R* could give us a card game that doesn't have a gambling mechanic...but i'm asking for new ludic activities for ages...golf is too much burgeois and to me boring af (respect for those you like it though), tennis is also a bit elitist and it's not for everyone's taste and darts, a lot of people don't even know how to play. That's why pool, whici is very popular would be the best, billiards, air-hockey would also be cool.

I'm probably the only one who cares about this, but I think it'd be cool if all of our cars each had live odometers on them that went up in real time as we drove them. NPC cars on the streets could have randomized but believable ones too. Kind of useless, but cool imo.

I think there are some easy additions as a comprehensive DLC. 1)Add chop-shop onto auto-shoperty 2)Allow us to put dealers in our clubs and other locations we own to auto sell drugs 3)Up mission, race and business payouts by about 40-45%. Ditto for speccing out cars. Also, increase frequency of exported cars. Then, let us buy 1 more worker to add another Nightclub goods slot, thus increasing the payout. Could give us a passive income biz for casino but if you rob the casino, your business is shut down for 14 in game days (Let's say 20k a day, max). Up good behavior daily payout to 6k. 4)Give us a special property slot for a garage. Tie it to rank, e.g. 10 cars if below 200, 15 if 201-399, 20 cars for 400-650 and 25 cars if >650. Make the cost the same for all. Also, issue payouts for hitting high rank, e.g. 500 is $500k. 750 is $750k and 1000, $1.25M, 1250 1.5M and $2 for 1500. Lastly, allow us to use some of our own vehicles for sell missions. None of this would require much work but people would probably love it. Any 3 or 4 of those 8 or 9 ideas would probably be a big deal.
