Note: i spoke this to you yessterday and i say again, it's way unlikely we will have to pay for PC version. There's simples no excuse that there's on consoles. It's a new version of the game that requires a more powerful console to perform at it's peak. With PC, this game is not some game that came from the future and that needs a PC 3 generations ahead. "Any" nowadays PC support the game and if not you just need to buy some new pieces to improve performance, but it doesn't make an excuse that you have to buy an entire new PC to be able to play the game.

 

I was testing framerates in empty solo public lobby like i always do, i forgot to mention that. 

 

As for whether they will charge or not, it remains to be seen, they wanna milk this game in any way they can, even by presenting some kind of content pack like for example 3 months of previously released gta+ benefits and dx12/RT that they worked so hard to bring to PC out of they kindness for moderate price. I don't see this scenario happening because they already started adding files from E&E on PC as preparation for release and it would be hard to make separation on PC without releasing completely new version which they won't do because they wouldn't bother adding those files few days ago.

I still believe the new stuff will be free for PC. Then all we gotta do to use RT effects is, switch to DX12 in the graphics settings, restart the game, and turn on RT effects. For me DX12 and TAA is much more important than RT effects. Finally less perfomance heavy AA method that also has more effect than 8xMSAA and better CPU utilization thanks to DX12, maybe they even fix self radio CPU usage. My CPU cooler goes to 100% if i listen to self radio, this seriously needs to get fixed. Yeah it's so f*cked up, i always got my cooler sitting at 60% speed while playing GTA, once i turn on self radio bam it's 100% speed, and this with a R9 5950x. It completly maxes out a core or multiple, i haven't used a benchmark tool to test it, i just know that happens.

No other game or application ever increased the speed of my coolers from that fixed value, only self radio does that.

 

Edit: Cooler is a ASUS ROG RYUJIN 360 (3x120mm) AIO watercooler.

So you kinda basically answered your own question.

 

Even if they let PC players get for example E&E content end MAy or begin of June as a GTA+ privileges, i would still wait for summer DLC.

DX12 is Direct X 12? Sorry, i'm noob in this, i don't get all the siglas, etc.

P.S.: Funny enough when you're for example in a adv.mode lobby waiting for players to join, i listen self radio and does not change nothing, but if i'm listening that on free mode, yes, then my PC starts to go vacuum cleaner.

Yeah I'm not sure what happened with Self Radio in GTA V, as Independence FM in IV worked quite OK. What I assume is happening is that the game is decoding your audio file (as it should) but then re-encoding it back to a format the game's audio system can read and playing that back, which will be super CPU intensive.

 

I hope it's fixed/improved in the new PC update whenever it comes.

Sure, with huge performance hit, which is not worth in my opinion as i prefer fluidity over eye-candy especially when shooting  and driving.

From the tests I saw, E&E is still CPU bound, which means this part remains untouched.

I'm ready for the next dlc in GTA.... Online becomes hard to play consistently when you own everything you want in the game. No point in grinding just to have infinity money imo. Sometimes I wished I would have discovered/started playing online now, so that in two-ish years I would have GTA6 ready to play.

Changing clothes is easier.

I used to do SP but it's much easier and quicker to put on and take off sunglasses to force a save, that way I can go play another game

That recent discovery of the LC skyline reflection in the Opium Nights hotel is definitely noteworthy especially since it was removed from the new gen versions.

 

I checked the numbered doors at the airport on PS5 (2013, 2014, 2021) to see if the ‘2021’ door was changed to ‘2022’ but it wasn’t unfortunately.

that stupid reflection has been in the game since day one.

it´s nothing new.

probably a reused IV texture.
they use multiple throughout.
like quite a few models use them.

even up in the country side.

and there are 3 versions.
here:

so nothing interesting.
interesting though how it took 8 years to find even though it has been in the game since 2013.

Some Portuguese-speaking leaker with a decent track record has claimed twice this year that LC is coming to GTA Online.  
 

It really wouldn’t surprise me though given all of the references to LC in GTAV.  Makes the most sense since we have GTA IV characters in GTA Online like Gay Tony.

Matheus is not reputable whatsoever, has been debunked multiple times, been exposed asking people things via DM's and even Yan has made tweets about him being non-reputable lmao.
