Car Meet -

I cant believe they charged me $155,000 for the level 1000 racing suit. That says everything about this lot at the moment. For the longest time that would've been free, just because it's the cool thing to do. Take another $155,000 out of my account Rockstar and buy yourselves some class, you seem to be all out at the moment.

 

Last Patch -

Since that thing that downloaded that I can see no obvious reason for, I've lost the "relaxed" riding style when playing as an MC President. Now it's just normal style, which is horrible. It looks like a guy who has just passed his test, and rides it like it's an unexploded bomb. The relaxed animations were cool as f*ck. Totally realistic in every way, I always used to ride IRL one handed in traffic with the other hand on my leg. If you don't fix that back Rockstar, like yesterday, then you can just get in the bin.

 

E&E&M&MS&HAOSTHING -

Intitially I was gutted to miss out for now. Still am a bit, but having seen the paints, apart from a couple of classy tints, they mostly look like pride flags and oil slicks. 8yr old girls everywhere must be really pleased. #GTAGayBarbieCars

 

Splitting the playerbase has made the whole thing feel disjointed to me. And after watching a "leaving the car meet" vid on YT of an Aventador screaming and popping down the road sounding like a diving Spitfire, I listen to our tinny engine noises and think - is it really even worth transferring over at all? Shall I just stay frozen in time until 6 brings stuff that wows me, rather than getting more and more pissed off at Rockstar's newfound Facebook-esque attitude towards us. We're ants to them. And the whole thing for the first time feels really dated to me.

 

We'll see how it goes, but at the moment 4/10 for so many bloody things Rockstar.

Personally I think that the last gen is still getting the potentially "smaller" mid-year update along with those balancing changes. As for the big Winter update no clue tbh.

Yep. If it had engine and brakes like the normal non-custom astron, it'd probably be closer to the toros.

And for once, I'm glad they goofed. No way would I take an suv with candle headlights as king of the class

I don't think that they will hold the potencial of the now "no software limitations of the PS5/Xbox Series that had the previous gen" for even 2 years...if GTA VI would come in let's say, 5 years, would they just release content only directed to the new gen and PC for only 3 years? (I mean, 3 years would still be a lot of content, but i don't think that they will not want to take advantage of the new gen for the longest time they can. I would say that at most, this december dlc will be the last one for PS4/Xbox One. People say that those consoles barely can hold gta online with so much content. How long did the previous old gen got updates until they dropped it after PS4/Xbox One came out?

If you have limited time or like doing heists and know how to go through them with even the numbskull randoms or even better - have friends to do those with - go for the Arcade.

not sure if the popularity mission oddness is also a side effect of the mid-event patch which didn't update NC values until the next event...

but I will take one for the team if need be and fill out the data points (and then take a lot to get it back up)

This is what I have so far based on the wiki and screenshots here and conversations.



I mean, if they wanted to adjust the pop gain from a mission, I get it, but it should be at least 15-20%

Up until I saw the 24k and 1.5k I'd assumed it was just a simple 5x multiplier, but that's not the case
 

If the GTA wiki isn't updated, I'll collect data over the next week or so until all the new values are filled in

(I like my graphs and gathering data more than keeping my NC pop high it seems)
