Within the game, some cutscenes, TV programs, and radio ads contain instances of mature humor: myriad sex jokes; depictions of raw sewage and feces on a worker's body; a brief instance of necrophilia (no nudity is depicted); caricatures of ethnic/racial groups. Some sequences within the larger game allow players' character to use narcotics drugs (e.g., smoking from a bong, lighting a marijuana joint, hallucinating from peyote); cocaine use is also depicted. Players' character can, at various times, consume alcohol and drive while under the influence. The words “f**k,” “c*nt,” and “n**gern*gger” can be heard in the dialogue.

In the cutscene where he's planning the heist to the paleto bank, he takes some "preserved" food form the fridge and even offers Michael, and he says "do you want "some-food i can't remember the name"? It's ok, it's probably not even human. Michael refuses of course and then Trevor vomits it.

Also there's another character transition cutscen where Trevor vomits again and says "i will not eat indian again". "indian".

Very unlikely, it's probably going to be just like consoles where it's shadows, I doubt they'd make it different.

I may have said this before so forgive me if so, but the physical size / scale of some of the vehicles feels way off against the player character. Some of the helicopters for example seem enormous and some of the motorcycles feel much too small.

Ray Tracing reflections are BS anyway. Just look at the RT reflections in Cyberpunk 2077, you can't even see yourself in reflections. It probably would be the same BS in GTA.

 

Maybe RT reflections are good in GTA VI then, but i doubt there ever will be RT reflections in GTA V or RDR2.

 

I would already be happy with RT shadows and Vulkan and or DX12 API. Losing up to 50% FPS just because of playing online is f*cking annoying, because only like 6 CPU cores are used, and most work is done on 1st core. The game needs Vulkan and or DX12, and TAA would be nice too, i rather have TAA and some ghosting than perfomance killing MSAA, that even with 8xAA still shows ugly aliasing effects.

Hmm bikes are fairly fine imo. But some of the older "tuners" are really way to small (jester classic, sentinel classic etc) and have some funny proportions..

Of course you can't see yourself in Cyberpunk, the game is mostly first person. Have you ever seen Third Person View mods and how ridiculous even the shadows look? It's deliberately not rendered because it would look stupid. 

This is not the case for GTA V as planar reflections and characters can be rendered from any perspective. That's the worst argument I have seen in a while against something. 

 

About the rest yes, an API upgrade and code optimizations are very well needed. The game as it is runs fine on Single Player but Online is ass. I know you said it uses 6 but that's just our CPUs being clever. In reality total CPU usage is always reflecting the percentage relative to 4 out of whatever number of threads you have on your CPU. It's very lame and indeed is the reason why it runs so poorly. Everything gets bunched up in one thread. Probably most being game logic/scripting.

So, lets say an E&E does come to PC, would these changes make the experience smoother for those running on, what may be considered by today's standards, old hardware like a DX 11 card with an i5 CPU? PC parts are too expensive  and in some cases difficult to find nowadays and having to upgrade to play this next version of the game smoothly would suck.

It is happening on Series X also. I cannot change the appearance of my alternate character. Like you I just get taken to the screen inviting me to create a new one or overwrite one of the existing characters.

I hardly think anyone would be FORCED to use TAA if they don't want to. Giving players more options is always a good thing.

For those who want IV cars added at some point, what would your top 5/priority pick a be? Mine would be Uranus (obviously with all the different mods available), Fortune, Turismo, Super GT, Freeway, Vincent, Marbelle, and Hakumai. Yeah, that's more than five lol. It can't be hard to spiff up and add those old vehivles, they did it for the Tampa and some bikes from Bikers DLC, I'd love to see them do much more. Guns too, imagine having the Automag, Advanced Sniper and MG, maybe make Mk.II versions that make Assault SMG and Auto shotgun with explosive shells out of their counterparts in online (use the more accurate models from BOGT, spiff them up and add appropriate upgrades and customization). R* love to reuse content, why not pick some really good stuff to refurbish?

And even though it's an impossibility sine we have the Lowrider Voodoo. A normal clean Voodoo with normal sized wheels.

 

EDIT; OH! And that Super Police Car that was only available in TBOGT Multiplayer that was parked at one specific police station.

Definitely the SUPER GT, the f620 wasn’t a proper replacement for it idc what anyone says. I’d also like the police buffalo back, the PMP600 with the 2008 and 2020 models, the feltzer, and the coquette. I’d also like the GTA Iv version of the micro uzi and tbogt uzi, and the M4. And obviously the Glock.

Hakumai, perennial, vincent, pinnacle, admiral/admiral stretch with properly offset wheels, and VD90R Ingot as update

 

gotta love em MPVs and sedans they the suvs of the mid 2000s with modding options for days

I would add coquette to that list but i'm sure there are more interesting ones but i can't remember now. Would be  nice to get some weapons from basic game and episodes alike.

Really, why are we picking only 5? ALL cars from GTA IV should be in V. No, what-ifs, that's a fact. Yes, even fugly Rebla. I'd rather have it than not have it. People want those cars from GTA IV in Online, it's obvious, before every DLC people speculate and make the list of GTA IV cars. We need to group up and put some pressure onto R*, maybe they'll add them (but let's be honest, we are 8 years into the game, with each year this is less and less likely).
