It's not one of the Keinemusik guys or Palms Trax either. Much less Solomun as he looks much older. Interesting, but it could be a random ped placed there, it's hard to say just from the blue/red/pink club lights too as those could have been changed.

are you running intel or amd? actually, anyone either having the issue or not, say which then say intel or amd, it could be an intel issue as that's what I am running

Yes, 60 FPS yes, but not that much more. It's definitely not as fast as it could be, it's engine-limited - neither CPU or GPU max out in that circumstance. The CPU has 12 threads, the game only uses 4 or so efficiently.

 

""E&E"" on consoles seems to have improved this which is again why I think PC needs a proper patch too.

my cpu in gta is about 70% over all the cores, but more cpu power will brute force more fps for me for sure.

GPU does hit close to 100% with res scale at 2/1, so more there could be nice for me too, but no gta dithering is nice too...

I've been helping my friend out with his Agency missions and last night we completed the mission where Dr. Dre is in the recording studio and you have to kill Johnny Guns' goons. The mission itself was fine, but the stupid cutscene of everyone partying and then having to listen to Dre's song annoyed the crap out of me. Nothing against Dr. Dre or those who enjoy his music, but it's not my style. I just want to finish the mission and get my reward, not sit through what is essentially a music video. This came off as nothing more than a commercial for Dre and his real life music. It's like when they added the auto shop and made that annoying DJ one of your business contacts. GTA feels like one big corporate marketing platform instead of a game where you play as a criminal and commit "grand theft auto".

I think your gpu is more than enough, try to turn off anti aliasing and decrease grass to high or normal, also turn of reflection msaa. GTAO is more cpu bound, so unless you are taxing your gpu with some demanding settings it should be fine.

Yes i need make some tweaks to get a little more performance...

 I forgot to point it out...i have the dots on the grass, thats very annoying, but i don't know how to fix that.

I don't think you can, i think that's common problem with all gpus and gta5.

Sorry R* but this is horsesh*t with faster load times........ After doing a lot of heist with random people it just take same old time as on Ps4 to get back in to free mode! When joining a new session the office and submarine is kinda fast to spawn in but the Auto Shop have the longest load time......

Even if there's no DJ's directly in the game though I'm sure radio stations will feature some more CircoLoco tracks, or more flash drives for the Media Player.

im rocking a decade old i5 and a gtx 960. Drivers are updated and everything runs normally.
