One other thing is being put into sessions with nobody in them. I don't want a lobby with six or seven people in it.

I also want the ability to use the NAT type glitch.

New players can make that first 2/3 million in just a few hours... You can literally log in fresh af level 4 and go public and ask a packed session to run you Bogdan problem for 30 mins and buy a Kosatka.

Why are you being funny? 😆 my main account rank 1200+ was just banned on psn recently.. My new yeara 2022 character is now ranked 185 with 14 million bank and tons of assets. This took 2 years back in the day.. Now its two months

High Society Leak final part. f*ck my life. I really want to get this Dre sh*t done while it's paying double, but it's really trying my patience. It's awful to play. Awful. Horrible.

The most important note is to NOT destroy all of the cars. In fact, I don't destroy any cars until close to the end. I find that raising the intimidation too quickly makes things more difficult, like spawning the Buzzard before you're ready for it.

Get up onto the roof that overlooks the tennis court before pulling out your gun. Kick things off when you're in position. Take cover on the wall along the tennis court towards the back so you don't receive fire from most of the bad guys out front. Only kill the waves of 3-4 that come out onto the tennis court. If you're quick enough, the respawning of these guys will end before the Buzzard arrives. This will make dealing with the Buzzard easier.

The map will turn red when the Buzzard spawns and you're able to detonate the car bomb. This is a clue to finish up what you're doing and prepare for the Buzzard to arrive. Hopefully you can kill the last wave on the tennis courts before it arrives. Keep an eye on it on the map. When it gets close you should  get to the mansion and duck behind a small section of the wall that sticks out. The Buzzard will shoot at your once and this is a great time for snacks if you're quick. Then the Buzzard will hover while two guys rappel out. It's super easy to kill the Buzzard while it's hovering then mop up the rest of the baddies from the cover of the roof to raise the intimidation.

Once the billionaire escapes, you're in a perfect position to shoot at his helicopter. I'm not sure on the range of rockets or minigun, but I do know the explosive sniper will down him in 3-4 shots before he gets out of range. If he gets away, then jump in a super car to get ahead of him and shoot him when he passes. Once the helicopter is in flames no more bad guys will spawn and you'll have an easy drive to the crash site.

Pro tip: The hovering Buzzard is an easy target for the EMP Launcher from that roof top. Once hit it will slowly descend to the ground. You have to be quick, but you can kill the pilot before it takes off again. Then wait until the intimidation bar is almost full before stealing the Buzzard. Finish off the last remaining bad guys with Buzzard rockets and now you have a Buzzard to chase the billionaire. The homing rockets don't target helicopter too well, but the machine guns can get the job done. You have to take the Buzzard before the billionaire escape cutscene because it will despawn if unattended.

When you get to the crash site and kill the CEO you have a few options. Just fly back to the Agency in your Buzzard, I've always made it even if it's been smoking since the mansion. Steal the Sea Sparrow or Tula if they spawn on they beach towards the north of the crash site. Drive back to the agency in the super car you stole from the mansion, easily out running the bad guys. Or, if you have a hangar in the army base, you can jump the fence and steal a Lazer to fly back. The fun part about this option is that the army guys won't care about you stealing the Lazer and they will shoot at the bad guys who spawn in the base.

Completely agree. New players with no guidance may get paralyzed by choice and not know what to do and squander their cash. New players who do a little research or come here to ask questions will be shown how to get going. Do the collectibles to get the seed money to get the Kosatka or Agency.

So, this time...

Just driving through Vinewood in my Cypher, when i see the Depressor icon moving towards me on the map. Sure enough, this disgusting little rat (complete with the cringeworthy gamertag) hides on top a building and tries to kill me.

He fails, and blows up my car instead. Great. So i call in my Nightshark. At which point, he starts chasing me around on some motorcycle, somehow surviving huge collisions with me, unscathed. Then he manages to essentially drive-by me, from his bike. Through the tiny observation slits on my heavily armored Nightshark. Of course.

Then, when i call my friend to help, he calls in his Depressor and runs away, at which point he goes OTR, and starts chasing me around in that ridiculous remotely-controlled tank.

Sick to the back teeth of coming into sessions with vile little freaks like this.

f*ck this pos game

Edit: Granger 1 has jammer that doesn't work. Granger 2 has Jammer that does work......good to f*cking know it's possible to waste damn near 400k on a random chance of the sh*t working

Edit 2: even better. It "uninstalls" jammers if you put the car in any garage that isn't the f*cking agency. Congrats ladies and gents, we wasted f*cking millions of dollars on this sh*t we can't even use unless we only specifically put the car in the agency garage. Also means my two Mil-Specs in Surplus Garages are f*cked as well thanks C*

3rd Edit: Tested with both Grangers and a STX. Any car not in the Agency Garage becomes a 400k waste of money as the Jammer "Uninstalls (See stops working entirely)" until put back in the Agency Garage after which is magically works again for no logical reason. This sh*t has cost me a f*cking business battle less than 200ft from the nightclub, on top of that has insured I can't use these cars as "Bail out" rides in garages I can heist wrap to in a pinch.

You should know that the window armor plates of the Nightshark only are for the optics, they don't actually help armoring the windows in any way, it's PURELY COSMETIC. And because of that you should remove these window plates, they are USELESS and stop you from using sticky bombs.

This is the case for EVERY car that has these window armor plates. So also for the Weaponized Tampa, Barrage, Karin Technical Custom etc. it only stops you from using all drive-by weapons, and doesn't protect you at all.

You are only protected of regular bullets in the Armored Kuruma and Duke O'Death. And in the new Agency cars, but the Agency cars only have semi-bulletproof windows, they break fast then you get hurt too.

That's only true for side windows with the Nightshark.

It's a bit more nuanced, eg Insurgent Pickup gets good protection for the gunner with the highest armour.

Carbonizzare still my choice though..

My B&M, what's with the hosts on this mission, AVI IS NOT ON THE ROOF. Seen this several times. Are IQs going backwards?

You know what's bad....is I've seen far to many people fully commit to a route even mid dogfight. At this point it seems more likely most people just resort to trying to ram the other plane. Like wise when it comes to ground attacks the amount of pilots I see knowing make a outright B A N Z I level commitment to an attack vector that has no return is insane.

Especially when the little jet griefers, after realising you can repeatedly lock on with Akula rapid fire missiles so they have to spend all their time circling to avoid them - so as they can't line up a shot easily they last resort try to ram you not realising the Akula can survive a head on with most other aircraft. 😁😁😁

I never understood this either. Sure sometimes it's a little hard to keep visual contact on a Heli, however if one manages it all one has to do is stay mostly above and attack from above at an (albeit often questionable) angle with guns or free fire missiles, given usually your at a angle were a lock on isn't going to happen. It's really not even that hard to yet many pilots for some odd reason willingly pick a fight that they have a major disadvantage at. I think a lot of them have the mind set of "One combat merge and your donezo kiddo". Thing about that mindset is most other pilots and hell I've stated this before even some I remember encountering as far back as late 2016 used to have a working plan B, nowadays a lot of them fall apart the second the merge fails to kill a target. People I knew to once be semi decent dogfighters now seem to struggle outside of a "Combat Merge". Oh.....and don't get me started on the tactic of pulling back on the stick.....as I'm in easy gun range to buzzsaw the plane from nose to tail. I've seen this a lot even back in the day but it's occurring a lot more.

Personally think many of PvP players are too comfy with the MKII, Sniper Dance, Orb meta. All the "easy mode" stuff seems to have caused quite a few to fall apart the second something outside the "tryhard meta" as I've long called it, fails to work. I barely see anyone play ground like a normal sane person at this point as well. It's also First Person Mode tap dancing away with a sniper. To be honest that "best/worse messages" thread is a bit of a gold mine of rather odd forms of salt, that special kind. Given what you spoke of with the Akula, I'm sure you have quite of bit of that "special salt" screencapped....what's worse is likely from someone that tried that same tactic more than once in several minutes.

Seems like airfreight cargo is broken af at the moment.

Stock is 16/50 but in the overview it tells me its 18/50.

And sometimes, when i source some medical supplies  i get my medical supply AND a crate of animal material too. Out of nothing.

That annoying game-crashing Heavy Sniper Mk2 bug has also affected my other snipers, I literally cannot equip any sniper from my weapon wheel without my game crashing.

I really hope this actually gets patched this Summer and not "oh we fixed this" and it doesn't get fixed.

Transaction error message when delivering Auto Shop Car.  So I just had to pay 50K and got nothing in return.

The car is back there in  the Autoshop, but they will make me pay 50K, again. No, not this time. Ticket sent.

What even happened here? Did they hit my gas tank? Can that even happen in this game? Last I checked, there was no visible gas tank on the car (Visione) that I was driving. Maybe they hit the engine in the back? But why would it explode from just one bullet?

The Dr Dre missions were fun the first time around, but the high life leak and the last two missions were not designed for hard mode at all. Missions where enemies spawn behind you and swamp you in waves should not be done with zero lives. It's just not fun running out of snacks (snacks are a terrible mechanic, and f*ck the stupid eating animation) and dying over and over again. I had a "No Armored Kurumas because they make things boring" rule, but now I have one in reserve for unfun trite like this. This is why we can't have nice things.

how do you get hard mode? Mine is always on easy.

The High life leak finale has a trick during the party. You can parkour up to the roof and stay on a balcony where it's easy to snipe all enemies from a relatively safe position

Oh you have no idea, particuarly because these days my main entertainment is looking to see who has the highest KD in a session and going after them if they are acting the idiot to get cheap Akula kills. I am utterly useless in planes (my brain can't process upside down) but the Akula is incredibly agile for a big heli once you master the controls & coupled that with the total predictability of most jet noobs you can pretty much predict their intentions and get swung around to maintain a continuous missile lock to keep them busy. 99% of them seem to resort to a reverse flyby to try and get your own missiles to hit you, which never works, before eventually just going for the ram.

...then of course you know they're off to the nearest spawn point to get another jet so it's just a case of hovering in stealth behind a building and popping up to destroy it as soon as they get in it. With the spawn cooldown that usually results in a snotty message and either ragequit or the Mk2 coming out. 😁

This'll be a more of a general, mild B&M about Online as a whole (probably even not the hottest take out there), but i wish that the DLCs were more synergized and interconnected. Owning spaces doesn't feel as meaningful as it was before, back when the whole Securoserv CEO idea was just in it's infancy and the options at most were an Apartment and an Office building for activities.

Don't get me wrong, i love the diversity in social spaces that we have with things like the Arcade, Clubs, Arena, etc; but most of these spaces at the end of the day just feel meaningless, either because most of the time you won't be spending your time there because there isn't that much incentive to do so and because newer content updates adds even more places, pushing away chances of revitalizing older spaces/businesses. A big example for me is how underused the player-owned Nightclubs are and just how frozen in time they are, whereas it could've gotten new customization options (new style, new lights, new dancers) and just even things from the Music Locker -- which is personally just more bloat to Online -- hell, have a mission where we can somehow hire Keinemusik or Palms Trax in our own Nightclubs or even add new DJs to our clubs.

Another example is the Arcade, it could've been a public space like the Music Locker rather than a player owned business, and all the trophies & other rewards you'd get from the games could be placed in your penthouse/apartment, rather than having a building that gets duplicated a thousand of times the more players own it, stored away in memory possibly making the game more and more unstable (not entirely sure; don't quote me on that). The casino heist space itself could've just been your high-end apartment, like old times, or have a larger multi-use apartment complex/house.

Now, i know that this limits a helluva lot on the places you can own, and would make some interiors repetitive as they'd show a lot in cutscenes if lots of DLC are contained within them, but i honestly prefer the convenience of having missions as close possible to you whilst, having few, but widely customizable interiors you can own that'd serve multiple purposes, such as a home that lets you buy the necessary equipment that a mission required or so

Granted this solution wouldn't be able to account for some of the wildly different interiors like Doomsday Bunkers, Biker Clubs and such, but it'd at least remedy the creation of some of the more unnecessary interiors like the Music Locker and Stilt Houses, which to this day doesn't feel like homes to me.

Anyways, this is all subjective to me and i felt like i need to get this off my chest. Sorry for any grammatical mistakes.

Why do the game notification banners stay up for so long?

Every time there is a "Stand Your Ground", "Haulage", "Business Battle" type in-game notification, it stays up for what feels like an eternity.
