I've noticed this as well. No one will go after it until you've started doing it. Pretty annoying. After 5 minutes or so, the area will be swarmed by at least half the lobby, simply because you went there to do it.

sort of old news but who decided to make all of the cayo perico setups start & end on a relatively hard to access and easily destroyed submarine??? i've been playing a bit of it lately and it drives me crazy

This Halloween event is great and all, but my bnm is that I couldn't get the Slasher to spawn. I had a 3 or 4 hour session, spawned all the other ones but him. Also, don't understand why the phantom car needs 2 players to spawn. That's the one I wanted to see the most.

The car is flipping awesome got it 2 times, I would try hanging around top part of the map. Walk around the clothing store and the car repair shop or go the the AW garages and just walk around there.

I got the slasher to spawn but I can't seem to get the others to spawn lol....

So far, I have never destroyed my Kosatka by accident. Access is relatively easy if you park it a bit closer to land, or use the Sparrow for the preps, or the Toreador / Stromberg.

If it's other players bothering you or your Kosatka, please note you can do those preps in Invite-Only sessions too.

I still can't believe my luck with this broken RNG business battles, gone session hopping boom, cargo event, first drop, Colar, second one, glasses, went to my secondary character, first drop, colar, second one, glasses.

 

I would still prefer to win in the lotery tho.

And this is why I use the Akula or MK II Oppressor to get my crates, less chances of cunts ruining it. If I see a MK II coming, I simply activate Ghost so I can get the Event Cargo over with(It's just 10k, easy enough to get it back. Takes far longer to find Event Cargo sessions lmao, that and I happened to stumble across and deliver a fair amount of the 'daily import/export' list so not really a loss)

 

I had a rather unusual experience on Friday, I arrived at the chicken farm and somebody was already there. I didn't shoot him, he didn't shoot me. He died right as I reached a crate and when I was racing out I thought 'he's gonna shoot me, ain't he?' but kept my gun holstered. Then another dot entered the building and I thought 'Great, bet this is one of those pricks that just shoots you!' NOPE! He didn't shoot me and I raced back onto my MK II and blasted it to Fort Zancudo to hijack a Lazer back to my nightclub just fine and dandy!

Yeah, it's REALLY easy to stake out the ironworks where Deathwish takes place.

I wish that other exit was permanently unlocked instead of limited, would make it less easy to consistently toss proxy mines at the entrances -_-

There's just to many things that flipping go boom in this game any more. 20 RPG rounds or 30 if you did the stupid bunker thing, 25 grenade, stickys, and vehicles that have missiles.......

 

You would think that SA would be nothing but a smoking hole in the ground by now.

I don't know why you appear to have such an issue with having to fight in Business Battles man, the clue is in the name. It is a curious game mode to get angry about because other players are showing up to steal crates or fight you for them.

Yea trying to get the Slasher to spawn is a pain in the rear sometimes. Got lucky on my main account three times (Tried mele with the stone hatchet, died, second time blew myself up not realizing there was a car between me and the propane tank, third time I just used a minigun) got it in a couple of nights on my second account but my daughter's account took nearly the whole weekend of trying to get one of the dipsh*ts to spawn. What I ended up doing is drive a slightly slower car (Landstalker) around the map to all of the spawn regions in this map (https://gtaweb.eu/en/gtao-map#ls&bgroups=2lje409khs) starting from the redwood lights track. Note you can save a little time by visiting the inflection points to help you get him to spawn. I eventually got the clown to spawn by the rehab center.

In the PC we used to find random lobbies with this weather on from Modders cheaters, at the day cycle, would look normal, but at night everything would have this green tint, they also used to have this "script" that swapped from snowy to normal weather every 1/3rd of a second to make your screen flick and induce epileptic seizures and discomfort, Rockstar then patched changing the weather session wide because this could lead to lawsuits easily.

 

Since then these screenshots turned into something rare if you are not cheating yourself "modding".

Much like VIP work and such too, it's fully optional to go invite only and co-op these bits. 

 

I'll happily knock the way businesses are set up for public only and how poorly balanced things are, but anything that let's us play them how we want is all good here.

 

The game has just gotten better adding stuff like this too. Not just BB's but the cayo heist or auto shop contracts can be solo or co-op (and the rep can be solo'd instead of needing others like the arena), and before that things like DDH or casino being 2 player minimum instead of 4 which is easier than seeking a full team like the original heists (though DDH still has the awful public only preps).

 

But overall as time goes on, new things are becoming more flexible all while the game gets more popular. It could be coincidence, but who knows. Maybe the game would have gotten more popular anyway, lol. But I'd like to think by adding that little more freedom and adding longer requesting themes as turning a bit of a corner.

 

Freemode can be all the chaos R* want if they give us more passive folk plenty too. Win/win really.

I think I'm done with them now lol, all I have to show for it is a glowing necklace and the blood of to many dipsh*ts on my armored trucks grill. For real tho, who the hell lands in front of big ass green truck doing about 90 down the road and then gets pissed that I did not just stop for them to shoot me.
