It's because of the "Deluxe" feature of having Champagne in the back. You can't be in passive and have champagne at the same time despite what Tom Connors says...

He wasn't the pilot, that was his CEO who clearly couldn't fly (in both videos). He only got out on the left side because when the pilot exits, the passenger will immediately switch to the pilot seat, unless the passenger jumps first.

The first one may have been an accidental button push from the pilot, since the pilot got killed by his own chopper. (or he lost control and bailed out in panic)
 

I had a Casino heist fail this way last week. Aggressive, normal difficulty, all preps done, got to the chopper no problem. My buddy was flying the helicopter to the buyer, I was sitting in the back of the helicopter.

At that point I go and get myself a cup of tea. When I come back, I'm standing in the middle of nowhere, and my buddy is at the buyer, waiting for me.

Turns out, he jumped from the helicopter while I was afk, and just let it crash. Claimed it was too damaged to fly (bullsh*t, when I went afk over the Vinewood hills it was undamaged)

 

If there is one thing in GTA online that pisses me off, it's bad pilots. That includes not only people who suck at flying and crash their aircraft, but also people who jump while they have passengers.

Jetsniping or overall Vehicelsniping, a friend of me got me into it. He does it since 2015 and has over 500 jetsnipes.

You can start to practice with a friend until u get the feeling of where you have to aim (there is bullet travel time, no bullet drop tho)

Then go into freemode, best spots are on rooftops bc you have better angels to snipe them, and try it. First few snipes will take a while but just feels good to hit one. Best is badsport bc 1. there are no Innocent ppl in bs 2. they fly with the jet the whole time.

It's way hader then it looks so just dont give up to fast.

 

Or Dogfights

If you play it with friends just make an airrace over an big open spot. Like that you can respawn infinite times. There is a huge learning curve and you will get a lot better at the start. And after that it gets interesting, you are going to learn starts make own starts against the way ur opponent flys. It helps a lot if you already have a friend that can dogfight like that he can give u some tipps. And while flying against them you will learn what manuvers will work and wich dont.

Ahhh...that makes more sense. I was at work when I watched that video and clearly did not see what actually happened.

I thought you were the pilot because you posted the clip with no clear explanation. You just said "Special Missions in a nutshell" and nothing about who was piloting or what was actually happening.

Couldnt give the slight F about Red Dead online. Imo it flopped in similar fashion to Red dead 1 online? Like you knew it was going to happen.

 

Not at all bashing the players who enjoy it. It's spectacular to a certain degree. I played the HELL out of RDR2 single player and when multiplayer came it was quite nearly pay 2 win!

IMO they messed up the promise of the online component of that game big time. It could have been its own special thing--a niche thing, but with a large group of loyalists who love it for being its own rich, immersive experience. More RPG-like and more akin to the single player story mode probably. Instead they just made it GTA:O Jr. and people bowed out.

I didn't say it made sense, just that is how it is presented. I figured you were just posting a video of you having a bad night or something, it happens, especially with the bugs in this game. Personally, I've been flying and had my controller batteries die or there was a glitch and I got kicked out, which of course caused me to jump out of the chopper. My friend was in the backseat when that happened once so he couldn't take over and didn't realize what had happened and ended up dying...I laughed for several minutes over that. My point is, with the way the video looked and with the simple text you posted, it was easy to mistake you as the pilot.

RDR2 is one of my favourite games ever. It's a masterpiece. But as soon as I saw those gold bars... naaaah. I'd pay for RDO or GTAO if they removed the PTW aspect.  I haven't even touched RDO.

The only premium I'd pay for in GTAO is customizer lobbies. Or lobbies where only gold tier players could join. Rank 750+

 

I'd also pay $5-10 a month for lobbies where there are NO MK2 Dumbpressors. Orbital Cannon should be disabled too. I can handle everything else. But I swear... Watching someone jump on a broomstick every 5 seconds is completely underwhelming. Rather help a 10yr old kid with Prison Break heist.

 

Literally.. Would pay a premium for just a little realism. Im completely sick of this sh*t gta play. It's just sh*t. My PSN subscription is basically just a GTA subscription anyway. Can't wait for this classics to be re-released so I can spend a couple hours a day doing THAT instead! Woot Woot

I said this in the LSCM thread but i will say it again here. The whole meet is a gigantic wasted opportunity. The concept of test driving a car before buying is great but why cant we have other cars in rotation instead of repeating the same ones over and over? These cars can be changed via background script from what i have seen seo why there isnt new ones? im not asking for something like a scramjet or F1 car either, there are cars that fit the theme of the car meet like the blista kanjo or dominator gtx that people dont know about and could be interested to buy after driving. 

The prize ride list suffers the same issue, wouldnt it be cool to have the cassino dedicated to more high end/weaponized stuff and the prize ride list dedicated to sports/muscle cars, both envirements would be more appart one from the other, creating a more believeable vibe. Make the challenges harder watever, just spice it up. 

 

I praised a lot this dlc when it came out and i back up my statement, is one of the best we ever got (apart from moodyman), but boy the post launch content could have been handled a lot better.

Just use them in races, then you can test drive anything. As for the GTX, it's real sweet destroying all the ASPs in it.

 

Which brings my to my B&M, why does my f*cking hat STILL disappear in freemode after a race? I mean, this is what...........difficult or something?

My point is that the space is dedicated to test driving and hotlapping, so why limit it to a small pool of vehicles ?  Yes you can test drive everything on a race, but the average player wont think about that. For them seeing a vehicle (which they probably never seen before) with a cool livery sitting on display is a lot more appealing than loading up a race. The idea is to make average players get to know more cars and possibly buy them.
