At least it didn't become one with a rooftop air conditioning unit while you went in to the office and stole weapons like mine did. Or decide to spawn inside of an indestructible fence... Not that it matters anyway, I'm sure yours exploded into a nice but inconvenient kabluey as soon as you touched it just like mine have.

The Sparrow is so soft, if I run towards it and my character touches the cockpit windshield it immediately shatters.

 

Also, I still find it ridiculous that we have to do the iFruit glitch to paint stock rims to this day. I hate doing it because I don't want to keep putting custom plates every time I use it, which is unfortunately mandatory... sigh.

You would think with Cayo out they would give a boost to some of these older game modes/missions but nope. Can't have people actually making money in any of the fun game modes. What a joke. 

Payout for races is directly tied to how many players and how many laps, with the first one being more effective (read: more players is better than more laps) A 10 minute race with a full lobby earns the winner something like 60-80k when there's double pay/xp going on, and that's pretty decent money. Betting is kind of quirky (if your bet wins you also get part of other peoples failed bets, but this is vague/unexplained and seems to differ between the few race gamemodes) you can bet 1k per person though

As somebody pretty decent at racing, i've earned almost half a mil so far from a few hours of stunt racing between start of this 'gta week' & now, so there's definably money to be made (my advice for double pay/xp racing, above all you should anticipate on a bunch of people crashing each other in the first few corners, if you can avoid those pile-ups you are usually top3 after a few corners, besides that just drive nice race-lines and use 'curb boosting' if needed to win)

I've made about the same this week as I race a lot too, I was just citing a specific example from a race I did last night to make a point. My record is also well over .500. (not that race record matters all that much in this game but it at least proves that I know what I'm doing)

 

You're not taking into account how hard it is to find a full lobby to race if you aren't a famous YouTuber or in a racing crew. (Not to mention the 10-20 minutes you spend loading in and out of sessions) Manually finding people and setting up a race that you actually want to do sometimes can take 15-20 minutes with the current payouts and that's if you're lucky. Sometimes you find no one.

 

Throw in the fact that I like to host the lobby so I can turn things like traffic and (the worst racing game mechanic ever) catchup off. Hell, even if I just join a race and try to race through those bs mechanics I'm at risk of being kicked because I'm too high of a level and apparently some people only want to race against noobs. That has equated to many more loading screens and frustration this week.

 

Even after ALL of that, 500k-1,000,000 in a double money week is a fly on a cow's ass compared to the many more boring and repetitive ways to make money in this game. Bottom line, is it's 2021 and races still pay out like it's 2013 with the 1,000,000 Adder as the top car.

 

In a game that features 1 million dollar (stock) go-karts, 2.3 million dollar (stock) dune buggies, and 1.6 million dollar (stock) Mitsubishi Eclipses, Races/missions not only need a bump in pay they need a complete rehaul.

Doing Sasquashed with 2 high level afk assholes. With 2 people being afk they were both killed by the cops when me and my team mate killed the gaurds and stole the Sasquatchs we had to do the whole mission on our own and when we returned our Sasquatchs we has to go get the other 2 and return them and one of the assholes got the full pay for not even moving but luckily the other left or was kicked. It really sucks when assholes go afk during missions so they don't do any of the work but still get the full pay. At least it was a fun mission and I am almost 50k closer to getting a sub.

I've been victim to passive popping again.. I thought that sh*t was over? I'm putting people in passive and watch them limp to their Lazers or aircraft hangars and enter/exit them while in passive mode and none to happy about it.

I know one way it used to be done was you'd be in passive and have one friend (or another account) in a CEO and they'd send you an invite.

Soon as you accept the invite it would take you out of passive, so in effect = instant passive pop rather than wait the 30 seconds (or 10 seconds it used to be).

 

Not sure if thats still a thing?

Yaaayyy let's all sprint at the ladder and all fall down. Died. Died. Died.

 

Okay. Cool. We make it down the ladder!! GTA ROXXXX!!! Coolest game around. Just an epic Adult experience.... Wow I musta had a STROKE. 

 

So now lets just shoot WHATEVER guns we want!! Because f*ck listening to any dialogue or mission prompts!

 

After several more failed attempts.. We start the mission a 5th or 6th time. I'm leading the pack and I HEAR A f*ckING UP-N-ATOMIZER!!!! FUUUUCKIN RAAAAAAAGE.

 

I quit that mission in less than one second.

 

Mother f*ckers are beyond stupid. And I'm the biggest idiot around.

Well I like to complain about the game, but this time I'm gonna complain about the new mehod of redeem the 1M GTA$ in PS4. I'm not a regular PS4 Player but I own PS + and that's cool because my sister, who is who use the console most of the time, can play online with her friends and she benefits from the  1M GTA$ aswell despite the fact that her account is not PS+. so I guess that starting in april the only account that could claim the 1M will be mine, right?

Can someone tell me why it rains more in Los Santos than it does in say Manchester or London?  It seems to piss down every day cycle since the cayo perico update and the sky is always soupy, has awful visibility with the pylons that just pop up out of nowhere..... It's like playing turok on the n64 which used fogging effects to mask terrible graphics and pop up. Are rockstar purposefully trying to make the experience more and more s*t looking so we all oooooh and ahhhh when e&e comes out?

For the first time in my experience, I experienced the Cayo Perico Velum corona bug! Yay? 

Of course, it was the most drawn-out journey from the Kosatka (east of the airport) all the way up to the beach north of Paleto Bay, and then alllll the way down south before the game glitched.

I got trolled by this game earlier, I went online and then joined a Stockpile AM, it was a full lobby and I was excited to join that chaos, 30 seconds into the round everyone flew into the water and I won because I lagged out

This triggers me, I hate the velum with a passion, why do I have to go all the way up north to fly a slow plane all the way back to the city? I even own that freaking plane, I own the two variants of it why not let me fly the freaking thing I own -_-

Appears so. I guess rockstar's worried people will start selling accounts laden with a year's worth of monthly millions and it may harm shark card sales. Or it's Sony's greed. Both probably.

Cause - as the case with the weapons and other stuff - you need one with different plate, ID or whatever. Now, why the same person driving different planes to smuggle drugs every heist is unrecognizable, but the guards can recognize the same plane in different heists is beyond me, but there's still logic to steal different planes every time. I am not excusing the fact that the mission is boring AF, but at least it does not insta-spawn half a dozen aimbots every other second.

Little trick to this one. After nuking all of the guards (I don't bother with the hard hat, it always glitches out and disappears when I'm in the middle of the guards) land at the bottom of the ramp by the swimming pool. Makes for an easy get away when the aimbots show up.
