Starting up this game isn't worth it. It feels just exhausting to play. Even just free roaming robs me of all my energy. I'm sick of it.

The island will only be fun for like 4 hours. It's just 3 years too late.

My B&M for today is that two issues have been happening 100% of the time since this two-week event started:

 

1) Every time I enter the casino I get locked inside it, literally won't allow me to leave in any way (front door, elevator, alcohol shot, limousine services) the only way I can exit is via a non-casino property invite or entering a job.

2) I can no longer leave my Nightclub in a vehicle no matter where it's parked, even the Terrorbyte won't allow me to leave with it. At least I can leave on-foot unlike the casino.

 

I guess this also serves as a friendly warning to anyone who visits the casino and/or my Nightclub.

When did this start happening? Very inconvenient... At least when can still leave using the vehicle at the service entrance.

I think this has happened to me several times, too, way before this two week event week. Classic GTA Online is all I can say.

I've recently come across a bug where when you try to sell weapons, it spawns you outside without any sale vehicle. Going back inside the bunker and trying again doesn't seem to work so I just switch sessions.

 

It's also coming up a year since the Casino Heists were released and the quick join function is still broken. It's just ridiculous.

Same B&M AGAIN:

Last night while trying to resupply my MC businesses from my arcade MCT. The INSTANT I press X to activate MC President I get pulled out of the arcade for a raid. Then another one. And another one. AND another one. Four raids back to back. This game is seriously broken. Or the programmers are idiots. Probably both.

So I walked into my office on GTA today and realized something. The Sleeping quarters is literally right there with plenty of space to store all of our money on the floor, or in a bigger safe like I'd personally prefer. It makes no sense that theres no option to get that money off of the floor around the office like that. 

 

I wonder sometimes how the secretary could just sit there all day and not even think about going over there to grab a couple dollars while we're out.

I can help you out here - there's a surefire method to guarantee no raids on your MC businesses: stop supplying them and stop wasting your time on those businesses. The profit margin is abysmal. Keep them open to supply your Nightclub, but that's it.

 

To elaborate, if you buy your supplies and sell once those supplies convert, you're looking at 50K profit, at best (most are less). If you're supplying them manually, you'll spend pretty damn close to the supply purchase price in daily charges while you grind thru the boring, repetitive, deliberately-tedious supply missions - you're still going to net around 50K profit, it just won't be as obvious. Add in the atrocity that is the delivery vehicles, plus the raids that you are very painfully aware of and you've got a recipe for intense frustration.

 

MC bizzos are obsolete, my friend. Even the Bunker is barely worth the effort. Let the Nightclub be your passive earner, use Casino heists for your main legit income and Bogdans for your not-so-legit income. Literally every other pastime in this game is done for fun, not money.

Why would you expect more than 15% when you join a Heist Finale? It's nice when a host gives it, and I have had plenty that did, but I think you are forgetting a very important detail. Using the Casino Heist as an example, with two people who know what they're doing, or a host guiding a new player through it, you can easily net some good money, particularly if you have gold or artwork, even at 15%. But the more important part is that your host has all those preps done for you. Preps that can take an hour from beginning to end, if you do the couple of important optional preps in addition to the mandatory ones. So you join a heist that can take as little as 20 minutes, beginning to end, if your host is experienced, and you want more than 15%? If you helped with all the preps, then fine, that's fair. But if you join for the easiest part of the heist, maybe consider being grateful for the 15%. Especially when you consider that for artwork or gold, that 15% represents between $300K and $400K for  measly 20 minutes of your time. Add $100K to that if you and your host did it in 15 minutes or less, played on Hard, nobody died, and you never got detected in or near the casino.

@ChiroVette have you read what I wrote? I was speaking precisely about the OG heists, where every member is essential (especially on Prison Break and Pacific), not Casino, and there are people who are cutting me UNDER 15%. On top, I always kick extra 5% when doing Casino with randoms, maybe even more if I've picked you from a lobby, you were a low level and I liked you, so don't sell those rotten tomatoes to me, please.

If you're getting raided constantly with the MC businesses, then the what I do to (mostly) avoid getting raided is I only keep the coke, meth and cash production running - and I ONLY enter the MC club to resupply and instantly sell - and I keep the MC club menu to leave the MC club the moment it allows me upon completing the delivery (You can exit a second or two before LJT would normally phone you) - but I find that waiting until after LJT has phoned me will - 60% of the time - result in a raid in one of the other businesses that still has stock for me to sell (LJT will hang up after the call about the sale being successful then IMMEDIATELY call back to say, "oh, by the way - you're being raided..."

Ah ok. Yes, I did read it, but my lack of familiarity with a lot of the nuances of GTAO is showing now. I don't know what OG Heist means, and I thought you were using some in-game slang to talk about Casino or Doomsday. I didn't even know you could cut someone in for under 15%, or what the final take would be. I assume you're talking about those Original Heists you do from a High End Apartment? I haven't done them yet, for some reason. lol Way too busy trying to make tons of money in my first 6 months of playing GTAO. On a side note, after the update comes, and I buy whatever I want from it, I will probably start focusing on other areas of the game aside from all the huge money makers I have been pretty much myopically focused on until now. Sorry about the misunderstanding. I really thought you were talking about Casino. lol

Yup, speaking precisely about them.

 

You should do them as a Host - it's 1 extra mil. per heist if you finish them for the first time with the preps in order... or was it 100k, I forgot. LUL

First time bonus is 100k per heist finale.

All In Order challenge is 1 million.

Loyalty challenge is 1 million.

Criminal Mastermind challenge is 10 million.

You can get all these bonuses as host, or as crew.

 

If you go ahead and host all the heist with random crew members, all you get is 1.5M for days of pure agony, if you let the wrong randoms in. I could never finish my heists with randoms.

I got into a CMM run with friends eventually (not as host) and got all 3 challenge bonuses at once.

So apparently leaving a session while your nightclub goods are being attacked by a player mid-delivery destroys them completely? It was only 650k and I'm sitting on more than enough cash but damn, that's kind of bullsh*t.

Did you switch session or close app? 

AFAIK the latter saves your product - well, at least for bunker and MC, can't comment on nightclub but I'd like to think it should be the same.

If it destroys it regardless of what you do, damn.

Decided to switch session as it typically takes away a small portion of the sale value similar to killing the game. I did manage to swap sessions before it was destroyed so I'm not entirely sure what happened. Oh well, 650k is a drop in the bucket and easy to make back lol.

Been there, done that many times. It's so frustrating, especially when you have all the upgrades that include security...like what the f*ck are they doing when these raids happen?! I also find it incredibly stupid that we can get pulled out of buildings now for raids. You used to be safe inside a building. Now, at least with the Casino and the Arcade, you can be yanked out at any time while a CEO or MC President. I used to run 4 MC businesses with my bunker routinely but ever since they removed bag missions to fix a "glitch" and have conveniently never put them back in, I can't be bothered with running all 4 anymore. At most I run coke and leave the others open for my Nightclub.  I would rather waste my time running casino heists or CEO crates (yeah, I am weird - I actually love crates, lol).

Complained to R* Support and they suggest purchasing security for my MC businesses. I told them I ALREADY had security on all of my businesses. 

After losing my product on one raid, I dashboarded on the next one as soon as the music started. And still lost all of my product.

Not to mention last week I had one large crate warehouse attacked the MINUTE after delivering the 78th crate.

Dont take this the wrong way (i totally agree you're having a serious bug here) but what you're dealing with is part of the game, its intended gameplay (certainly not at the rate you get them, but raids themselves are) so random joe the level 1 support dude just goes "this is fine" and closes your ticket without batting an eye. Heres my suggestion, make a video showing multiple raids being triggered back to back, no dashboarding trickery (that might actually be why you keep getting the raids? R* might detect this and go "here you go, new raid" the moment you get back?) and show them that video, report it as gameplay progress issue (they usually look closer at those then mere bug reports) and stay friendly while also keeping your foot down that this is not normal, you should be able to get this stuff escalated to a higher tier support that will actually do something about it.

Honestly surprised you still didn't get R* to fix that sh*t, so yea, if you didn't try with video evidence yet, i strongly suggest you try that.

I've got a few ones.

 

1) Team Balancing is a completely stupid option. When it's turned on, i always seem to get saddled with THE f*ckING WORST of teammates. When it's turned off, most people can just join a single team leaving the other one completely unbalanced and the game doesn't think to force even teams. Owned weapons also shouldn't be a thing because it puts new players at a disadvantage and it just becomes an RPG spam.

 

2) This cover system is completely f*cking broken. My character constantly auto-runs past the actual cover and he takes cover against a completely random wall where he's entirely exposed.

 

3) I don't know if Sony made R* force their stupid control gimmicks into the game or what. Regardless of who's to blame, they really need to quit forcing these stupid controller gimmicks into these game. The touchpad weapon switching is f*cking stupid and it always gets me killed. I don't even think that there's a way to turn it off. -_-

This just started happening to me. Hopefully it'll get noticed and taken care of.

 

Has anyone been losing ammo when joining missions? I like to select "Random" missions from my phone, and I've noticed that every time I join one, I'm missing my Combat MG ammo. $15k a pop.

Oh FANTASTIC! A new day and another bug to enjoy. Steal the NOOSE van for the weapons prep and guess what... Infinite cops! 3 stars. No disappearing. Regardless of what I do, or for how long I hide. Even in the sewer tunnel. Can't call Lester. Can't die.
