Okay, I understand now. I thought that your original attack on him, before he quit out, was to attack his bunker sale (ie. the mission with the Phantom Wedge) and then you went after his business a second time. No, if he participated in a lobby-generated business battle, and quit out because he didn't want to have his precious PvP or K/D stats dinged a little, then he was the one sort of griefing you by quitting a battle he willingly joined in on, and he's fair game at that point. I thought you were basically griefing him from the beginning, then a second time, and coming here and being all righteously indignant about it. My apologies again.

Edit: just shows how little I know about the PvP in this game.

No worries fella.

EDIT: all my alien weapons are gone. I swear to f*ck. I’ve just about had it with this sh*te game.

Finally, I got that Packie Mcreary mission working. For so long it's been glitching out and been impossible to start. Of course that's when a hacker joins the game and orbital cannons the whole server, destroying the police van. I know this is an early access title ran by an indie developer team of 3 people, but i expect a little polish. Maybe with a little funding and some sort of monetization system, will they have the resources to fix such little problems in their debut product. :)

I just delivered a package in legion.

Thing is, I didn't have to pay millions of dollars for that privilege

No rant here mate. Just an illustration of my own of what I think is wrong with GTA Online, which you have just helped demonstrate. Thank you. Entitled babies who start PvP orientated jobs like Haulage, lose fair and square and then quit in petulant rage.

Interference? Lol

Give your head a wobble lad.

I don't need the money. The gameplay is nice though.

This goes for the guy above too, engaging in these jobs is the whole idea. They are PvP. You don't get scores of NPCs chasing you in Haulage. So this idea that this type of play is "griefing" is quite ridiculous.

It's the intention if you're doing it for gameplay fine, I just mean some do it to just to bully there's a difference really. Of course can't tell what someone has in mind over the game but if it's for an engaging battle that's something else guess.

about an hour ago i was in a small lobby (doing a mc club weed farm sale).

i got postal vans, i made 4 out of 5 drops (i got killed by a griefer (who kept attacking me and other players)), he killed me again when i went for the 2nd van he destroyed it, i ended up failing the sale.

before that i noticed on the kill feed he kept attacking a fellow random, so sent mercs after the griefer and a mugger basically to help the random.

i know i've complained before about griefers but r* needs to crack down on them.

Great. Business battles are double money. So my friends and I head for the aircraft carrier, kill all of the defenders and hack the computers to turn off the air defenses. Then gather our loot to take back to our nightclubs.

Only for the stupid game to screw up and not allow us to deliver our prize.

EFFFF You R*.

There are far easier ways to grief and bully a player than to chase them halfway across the map in the MOC cab and use it to try and dislodge their Haulage trailer. I see that as legit play.

Personally, I only use haulage to determine if a lobby is safe to sell in or not - because griefers can never resist going after someone running haulage at all because the participants are limited to a truck cab for delivering the trailer - meaning that they're an easy target for stuff like oppressors due it being a non-weaponised vehicle.

Personally, if I wind up getting attacked on a haulage run, I'll then continue to bait the most persistent griefer to keep them from bothering other players.  The last one I did this to wound up hiding in passive mode on the train for about 25 minutes.

I sometimes launch Haulage to bait the griefers, who try their hardest to destroy the MOC cab but can't. I play to steal it though when others launch it. I have had some intense games where the trailer has passed back and forth between lots of players all trying to steal it and get it across the map. Great stuff.

it's buggy, i've tried doing the aircraft carrier business battle before and get a crate, i would deliver it to my nightclub.

and nothing would happen.

now every time that business batlle shows up i don't bother with it.

I keep thinking how soul destroying it must be for the coders who designed and programmed things like these business battles only for some other coder to totaly f*ck it up when integrating it into the game & then can't be bothered to fix it.

Ah here we go again with the bunker glitch. Except this time it acts like my supplies have been delivered, and my supplies disappear but they don’t show up in my bunker and the timer is still counting down and telling me to “collect the supplies”

I keep being placed into full lobbies since last night and its so absurd, what has suddenly happened? is there more people playing GTAO?

PS: I encountered a rank 1777 who was in a night shark, sticky bombed me twice for no reason and as soon as I tried to decimate him, he concealed himself in his apartment. This is starting to become a trend in GTAO now.

Why is that? I think bunker sales, even with a single re-supply, is a pretty fast way to make a profit of about $135,000.00.

I have around $400m in Bunker sales on my main and $100m on my secondary character...I exclusively sell them full...they’re currently broken so frequently it doesn’t let you deliver it which is effectively stealing money and time...previously the only barriers to making the sales were the sale type and whether there were any sad people in the session...now there is an additional barrier its a waste of time...I also have 282m and own everything :)

That's what I was trying to get out, @Halal Cyborg, whether you were rich enough to wind down on doing all the grindy stuff, or just had an issue with bunker sales in general, which apparently both are true. I have been playing GTAO for coming up on 5 months now, next week. And I have done a HUGE amount of grinding my first few months. At first, I was grinding out every little thing, like VIP, Terrobyte missions, I/E Vehicles, and on and on. Now that I have a f**k ton of money and everything I wanted to buy in terms of businesses, properties, upgrades on everything, and even all the cosmetic stuff, and have banked about $260 Million, I am very finicky about what I will do to make money. I don't do VIP missions, though Head Hunter with the MK2 Oppressor are fun lol, Terrobyte grinding, and have given up pretty much on I/E Top Range vehicles, since I am not in need anymore. So I get your point. However, there are still some grundy things I do that I find fun, and profitable. First off, I NEVER fill up my bunker. Waaaaaay too much hassle selling anything beyond one vehicle for one re-supply. But I really have grown to enjoy the Bunker missions, even the dreaded 5-stop Merrywheather one with the insurgent. I enjoy selling my night club, and with AFK/Solo its basically just easy sell missions for the night club once a day, and the bunker several times a day. The only real grindy things I do now are filling up my four Special Cargo warehouses whenever I feel like it, so I can sell all four for just short of $20 Million when the double special cargo comes around, and @xInfected_Virus and I do back to back Casino Heist missions every day, since each of us does out own prep missions alone, then come together for the heists. But I actually enjoy those things, so it doesn't feel burdensome or boring.

Very slowly, in drips and drabs, I am building a car collection. But all I really care about are super cars and sports cars.

I always sell in public and usually hit the 25 player cap with the NC sale and earn $1,987,500.

if they fix bunker I’ll go back to it...to me it’s only worth it given I sell in public with bonus to sell it full...the cap for bunker is 1,312,500 so an enormous $262,500 bonus

My question to you, and anyone who insists on only selling in public is always, is it worth it? My experience is that in public lobbies, griefers and MK2 try-hards generally obliterate any High Demand bonus, and make selling very stressful.

I’m very experienced I guess and know what to look out for...I switch back and forth on the expanded minimap and very very rarely do I lose anything...to me I need to make the most of the bonus...ultimately ghost organisation is extremely affective if used at the right time...I take the temperature of the session first obviously and leave if I have concerns...checking kds is essential.

You need to understand the skill level of your average player is not that high and knowing your advantages is essential...if they can’t lock on they usually can’t hit you with the mk2 rockets.

I only fear seeing a jet...at worst if I have time I hide in the sewers until I can ghost again and finish the sale.

Its worth it for sure and very satisfying selling with griefers in the session

Finally, after months, all my crew is online, everyone starts a new casino heists, $25000 setup cost, go to the casino, cash, cancel heist, new setup, $25000, i get art, cool, step out of the casino and the mission nevers ends, disconnect, connect again, new setup $25000, the app to locate the hotspot crashes, can't open it up again, get out of the casino, can't get back in. Logout.

20 minutes of gameplay, $75000 down the drain, 0 progress... thanks C*.

because he can't do anything to help with my upgraded security (i swear before i upgraded security in all my mc businesses i got raided less often (if at all)).

That could've been prevented had you not stayed registered as an MC President.

Agreed. Since I am constantly in the midst of my nightclub and bunker filling with goods over time, and I am always stockpiling Special Cargo in my 4 large warehouses in anticipation of a coming double special cargo week, I really try hard to NOT be a CEO or MC President unless I absolutely have to be for some task it's required for. I have gotten into the habit of always retiring/disbanding. Early on in my GTAO tenure, while AFK, my night club was raided without me knowing, and when I came back to my PS4, I had been transported outside, and my night club was now $1.2 Million dollars poorer. I learned that lesson very early and very well!

well i didn't think of exiting my mc club (hopefully lesson learned), but it doesn't change the fact that ljt is annoying.🤣
