I got 2 techs accruing stuff. One guy accrues guns fine but the other guy isnt accruing anything. I haven't bothered accruing NC popularity, but I'm starting to think that ties in with accruing products.

 

I really gotta accrue time so I can accrue popularity and maybe this jerkwad can accrue stuff, and really help me accrue GTA bucks.

There's likely an API call being made to retrieve session data, however for whatever reason it failed to do so (could be a server timeout and is sitting waiting for that response) then finally returns your "could not connect to session, returning to GTA V"

 

Resolution: if that is the case, change the timeout value so you're not sitting waiting for ages.

Came across a godmode glitcher yesterday on PS4. Reported, naturally. He ran towards me, I was out of expl sniper ammo, so tried the usual sniper. I remember thinking, after four hits; ”Damn this sniper is really weak” lol

 

Changed to Combat MG as he was coming closer, and then I saw/realized it. He didn’t attack me at first but then he did all of a sudden. When I called him out on him using godmode, he said he ”usually just want to do stunts and don’t use it to kill others”.

 

Yeah, right. So why the f*ck can’t you do stunts in passive then, you miserable sh*thead? I just told him ”that’s dangerous, if you get banned you could lose your account”... Then I went passive for the remainder of the session.

 

I told everyone he was a modder and urged them to report and kick him; some people really didn’t get it though. Like that one player who kept trying to kill him only to get killed instead... He must’ve tried for over an hour lol, how didn’t he understand that it was impossible?? One player just sent back a question mark in response to my ”Kick 554 godmode user”. I don’t know how I could’ve been more specific. Another player responded with saying ”f*ck you” but I think that’s because I’d killed him earlier, lol

 

Oh well. I just wanted to bitch about it for a bit.

 

While I’m here I can also bitch about that player who used the Duke O’Death while driving in reverse towards me, all so that I wouldn’t be able to shoot him. I mean, christ, just go passive instead , you spineless turd. It’s not like he even managed to throw a sticky at me. Just embarrasing himself really..

Whenever I go into my nightclub basement levels to collect my 'free' ammo, when I get to sub level 1, the techs always like to 'remind' me that I don't own two of the MC businesses.

I bought the most profitable 5 as recommended solely to support the club.

You can only have 5 techs operating 5 businesses.

I'm really starting to love how R* is rubbing in our faces what we've been asking for, yet implementing it in a way that just isn't quite right...lets take the new client jobs, for example. More specifically, Robbery in Progress (I might just bitch about the others later, tho);

 

For as long as I can remember there's been general talk and agreeable thoughts that players should be able to rob the Fleecas as a FR job. They started by trying to add a 2 person knockoff for a small heist, but it being the same place all the time, with only 1 approach the novelty wore off, of course.

 

Fast forward to now and instead of giving us the ability to do it with the TB (because what better way to utilize a high tech nerve center than by hacking Fleeca security and robbing them blind), we instead are forced to witness the NPCs do what we want to do, and instead run in and just kill them, then run away from stupid cops, just to fence the score to some random nobody, through an annoyingly persistent background dancer, for a tiny fraction of what it should be ...just like with I/E. A wildly popular and fitting idea, poorly executed in a way that says "we say we listen, but not really."

 

You suck, R*.

what f*cking cock sucking bullsh*t is this? since when did rockstar restrict anyone from starting a motorcycle club just because there is many other players who have already joined a motorcycle club in the same public session as you? first time seeing this pop up message and i personally think its complete utter bullsh*t

Long story short, last night this guy had came after my Friends MC business earlier while he was running a sell mission and destroyed part of he's biker goods. Some time passes and my friend eventually leaves the lobby to find a new one to sell in and I stay back to relax for a while. I see the same guy later on who destroyed my friends MC goods in a boat down by the Del-Perro beach and with him being out in the open with nothing to fire at me really I come at him in my oppressor and blow up he's boat which somehow he ends up surviving from. (side note being that I had a look at the clip and I definitely blew him up while he was still in the boat but I did't know last night he was using god-mode till later on) 

 

If this doesn't confirm he's in god-mode I don't know what will 

First I try sniping him in the head to no avail 

 

 

 

Next clip he's eventually out of the water and on land, I understand my aim on him was a little skew-if but this is an assault rifle I'm using which usually has no trouble taking anyone down. This guy was getting hit but not taking any damage what so ever. 

 

 

 

I eventually just decide to f*ck off from the area after he kills me (I re spawned near that bike stall on the end of the beach) and go behind a building. Not seen is eventually the green organisation guys flew over and he took them down with no trouble. He comes back for me so I set sticky traps up. As he's walking into them I press the corresponding button to set them off and again he survives them. I don't know what happened next but I think he may of killed me again and I eventually ended up spawning further away from him. I send a message to him of "Nice godmode" that's it, my intentions were to actually say something like "nice godmode exploit, shame you can't play the game for sh*t" but the stupid rockstar profanity checker got in the way of me and I couldn't really use the word "exploit" even if I tried to make it like "ex-ploit" or something like that so I just stuck with the simple message I mentioned above. 

 

Before leaving I decided to report the guy for exploits, call me what you want for being a snitch but this guy asked for it the second he went into godmode and went around destroying people including my friend and he's biker sale. You exploit things such as the above example, you get reported simples. 

 

Edit: I have an additional clip of shooting him in the water with the assult rifle while he was still and had he's head above the water and still not dying but I don't want to go overboard with the Gifs so I'll leave the first two up for now but if anyone want's to see this GiF and perhaps the one where I definitely blew him up in the boat with my oppressor but he survives, let me know and I might post it.

Thanks, people will usually attempt to spin it anyway they can to say the victim was in the wrong for reporting and is being a snitch to this player. I think we all know for a fact reports do jack crap but I'm hoping the green guys and other players who have ran into him while he was in god-mode did the same and the reports eventually stack up and justice will be served but who knows?

This was a free-aim / Free-aim assisted lobby (I had FAA on otherwise there was no chance of proving this guy was in god-mode really except If I scoped him which I did or sticky trapped him) but this is my first godmode player I've seen in a while in GTAOnline and hopefully it'll by my last for a while. Thankfully the Tryhards haven't reached the level of godmode yet from what I've personally experienced but I'm sure they're out there

exactly, I'd like to figure someone got one kill on this moron and he literally exploded inside and figured he go full godmode to make it hard on others. I just remembered too I had the obrtial cannon which I recently purchased with the free-shot still available, I could've used it on him to further confirm the case of god-mode but I would've literally wasted a good free shot if he survived from it. Oh well the free shot is still there when someone really really really has it coming for them.

You're right on that but R*'s head is elsewhere at this time and possibly for the foreseeable future. We've got many other bugs & glitches in the game that are yet to be patched or investigated but nothing's being done.

OMFG I was kicked from Free Mode before I could even leave my garage!

 

I have audio set to Friends and Crew so I don't hear very much chatter but there is the audio bleed through you hear loading into a new lobby. 

 

I mention this because the real kicker here was someone (sounded young, male) said "that SuperJude guy just joined". That's all I heard before being kicked from a half full lobby. 

 

I know in my heart it wasn't anyone from here still angry because I said I would blow you and your hard work up with my Deluxo... right? 

 

Hopefully being kicked doesn't count towards Bad Sport.

Yesterday (PS4) someone using the teleport glitch to kill my an my friends (3vs this single piece of sh*t) quite annoying.. First of allow kill him at the second he appears next to us with the explosive shotgun, but after some kill, we we're unable to lock him. at the second he appears, rocket at his feet and we die ne matter where we are. quite annoying to have some player like this who cannot handle a proper fight with this kind of method...

It absolutely sucks, yeah. But it's a restriction that has existed for a long time I think. Ten groups (organisations and/or motorcycle clubs) max. I say I think because I didn't run into this until last year or so when I joined a crew and often ended up in sessions with half the members in a group or quickly becoming CEO/MCP to buy supplies and such. People always end up waiting for a slot to open up to start sales or get more stuff and have to sometimes coordinate; "disbanding in five seconds!".

 

Personally I just want to know if it's an arbitrary limit they imposed on us because they think there shouldn't be too many small groups or because it's something to do with what the system can handle.

But I'd assume the former over the latter. I can see them thinking that players will group up with random strangers for PvP, contracts and business work and that it makes more sense to have a couple of full organisations/MC's instead of lots of little ones. But IF that is the case, that just goes to prove that they made a feature and have no clue how people would use it. Lots of people (myself included) don't trust random strangers in my group as they'll turn on me in the worst scenario or prove to be incompetent in the best one. And I get plenty of stupid accidents even with members of the large crew that I'm in. And obviously, people are often CEO/MCP all by themselves for numerous reasons. Solo sales, building stock, promotion work, transport and more.

 

Maybe if they had made grouping up and staying in one org/MC more appealing, they would get what they had in mind. The pay for non-leader players is still bad and everyone wants money. There's no protection from people suddenly leaving your group. There's nothing persistent about orgs/clubs other than the owners properties and settings like name and such. It gets a big "meh, it serves a purpose" from me.

First person mode on the PS4 looks more fun than it really is. At least to people (that'd be me) who aren't used to it and lazily take advantage of assisted aim in PvE most of the time.

Video probably going up on YT soon where it becomes horribly obvious that I'm fairly new to it. Not just because I'm horrible with the manual aim in FPS mode on the control sticks but also because apparently in first person cover, you're forced to get the slow snack eating animation which puts you at risk of getting shot and killed. The hell was Rockstar thinking with that?

Had to get in vehicles to actually get my health back up quickly. Lame.
