Not everyone is a racer or likes AM's, maybe add VIP/CEO missions along with them or biker missions or something else to break it up....

We should really count how many times we get 2x Contact Missions/VIP Jobs/Biker Contracts/old Heists...granted I missed a lot of good events in 2019, I almost not played, but still feel like 2x adv and races are really more common.

The reason the first race never works is because you start it from a freemode session so everyone who joins actually joins the freemode session. The next race and so on, you'll be hosting it from the middle of nowhere, not from a freemode session, and that's why more people join next races. Also, it is better to host races in autoaim on consoles and freeaim on PC.

Come to think of it, I usually start from an invite only lobby so maybe that’s the problem too.

If you host a race and turn custom cars off, you deserve to be castrated so you cannot spread your stupidity onto the rest of the world.

Imo Its worse than rando PacStand, I just stopped Its not productive. Too many votekicks, too many Paleto arcade-Cash-Bugstar type of final. Its there I saw one guy dying in the gas while drilling boxes. The game glitched and gave us Gruppe Sechs van, It was so good but they really ruined it by ignoring Lester's order to leave the vault to stay undetected. So we had to kill fully armed Duggan guards with...ceramic pistol. i ragequited and since then I don't play anymore QuickJob.

I view them as very well-paid Contact Missions where instead of easy/normal/hard the random, clueless host sets the difficulty - and you usually cannot see what it is until you get into the casino - by way of doing or not doing the setups, and hiring the worst dealers, etc. 

 

Ceramic vs full strength guards is something I'll only tolerate with other good players though, yeah. 2 level 35s? Not so much.

 

PS always check for weapon bags

I noticed that players can get 2 million dollars for playing GTA:O, but truth is that in these last days I'm not really interested in playing GTA:O. At least not seriously. Me being busy + very damn obvious a**star's greed in GTA:O = no desire to play GTA:O because I have to invest a lot of my free time just to get one vehicle, which I could modify.

The cops are such a huge liability in online, even when I call Lester to get rid of cops my wanted level still appears sometimes and the way they start to shoot you without a warning is beyond me.

Stunt races suck now and that used to be one of the best activities.

 

They must have decided they could sell more shark cards if they limited non contact races as dumb as that sounds.

 

The reason why majority of players do not join the non contact races and rather prefer contact is because they simply want to turn the race into a ramming fest and achieve victory.

even custom cars get turned off by some players who are host simply because they don't want the race to be biased.

I'm seeing a lot of noobs hosting races with stupid settings. 

 

Do I really want to waste the best part of half-an-hour crawling around Spinner for 7 laps, first-person view only, in a non-custom car with slipstream turned off and catch-up left on?

 

On the plus side, the double RP and $$ weeks often bring out the better racers.

Probably not a big deal to most but I am f*cking raging  pissed they skipped Down Chiliad time trial.

Last year I set a goal to finally complete all the time trials with both my characters. I did the first 22 weeks with my 1st character then started on my 2nd.

So after 43 weeks of commitment to these f*cking things C chooses to skip Down Chiliad. Then I had to wait through 10 more weeks of the sh*tty new time trials just so they can skip Down Chiliad again. Now I have to wait another f*cking 21 weeks.

So from the bottom of my heart f*ck you C you f*cking c*nt scumbag bitches f*ck each and every one of you!!! Except that one guy in the back, youre ok.

I already once had a moment where my crew rank was messed up for unknown reason, then it was fixed (no idea how) and now it's messed up once again and on top of it all I discovered that there's somehow 1 million added to my character's bank account. Didn't got any message that it would be Rockstar's doing.

Panic aura really evolved into something so dumb sometimes. I manage not dying with my new character(very low health, too lazy to play golf or beat NPC for hours) and this damn driver ruins my run...

No idea about the crew ranks but mine always goes up to like 9999 and then back down to 1000 and so on.

But with the free money you have to log into GTAO at least once last week which is why you got the 1million and now at least once this week for another 1million.

Crew rank is the least of my worries, because it's not the first time something like that happens with it, but that money I got is the reason why I was worried, but turns out everything is fine. Stupid game simply didn't show that message in the first time, when I launched it. Only in second time it showed me a message that Rockstar gave me that money because I played the game at least once in the last week. For a moment I was starting to think that I have serious issues with my account. I'm glad that's not the case.

 

Still, thank you for the answer on my question!
