I found  a solution to that. If that happens, you bring up your phone and perform a Heist Teleport if you have that available.Then you try to launch with insufficient players and then you quit. Voila,  you should be free.

 

EDIT: Mind you, when you're at the heis setup selection screen you can't exit jus tyet (the game is a little angry that you escaped) so make sure you try to launch an then quit. If you're in a solo sesssion you should still remain in it.

 

It's stil a stupid ass glitch, though.

It didn't count because longest fall survived is a "freemode challenge", no "freemode event".

 

But yeah, daily objectives aren't worth the hassle and I don't bother with them unless I get a trio which are very quick and easy and do not involve other players (e. g. participate in a land race, dance in nightclub and mod a vehicle).

I have to change sessions or restart in order to put things back to normal.

I'm getting really annoyed by whatever causes the casino entrance cone to disappear--has been happening too often to just ignore.

 

It disables entry from both the ground level and helipad entrances.

I ran into this last night--"Criminal Damage" was what finally triggered the objective as complete.

 

But the point is, you're likely to have a much longer time to wait for an "event" than a "challenge". How convenient for Rockstar... keep players hanging around the game longer.

I've peddled over 50M in Pot through los Santos,Blaine county, and paleto bay, and still don't have joints as a inventory option. We can have snacks, drinks, booze, and cigs. They added champagne, but can't spark a fattie while sitting on top of mt chilliad when the suns rising or setting. Smh

Why do you even bother, genuinely asking? If you need to glitch just to play the game, why keep playing the game? I've discovered that my mental health is much better now when I'm not playing Online and that's only concerning grinding, because freemode is gone for me since 2017.

Yeah, I just teleport to my facility or start up a job, but when I just want to leave the f*cking casino without wasting my time warping to different parts of the map, I can't because Cockstar.

Truthfully, it's few and far between these days.

I've moved onto Red Dead Online and Ghost Recon: Breakpoint.

However, I occasionally get an itch to dive back into GTAO, mainly to troll and antagonise tryhards.

I'm not a racer, or much of a car guy. Used to be a mixture of a heavy grinder and jet griefer years ago.

Both became quite dull and I repent my griefing ways now.

Still, nowadays when I do get on, winding up those who would see fit to MK2 troll low levels running cargo is too good of an opportunity to miss and my sole purpose of logging on.

 

I do agree with you that having played less, my mental health has got better.

Tryharding was a rush, but it used to make me rage when I lost. That's when I said enough.

I’m going to f*cking lose it if I get one more cocksucking plane sell mission. I’ve been trying to sell my counterfeit cash, coke, and document forgery businesses for hours now but all I’ve been getting are those stupid f*cking dodos. I stopped doing this specific mission since one of the dodos always blows the f*ck up for no reason.

I hate the Dodos because they're so mind numbingly BORING. It always takes me about 23-25 minutes to do (20 if the drops are all close together) and there's no action.

 

If I'd rank the sell missions it'd be the following (I sell from city to county. Also, these are from solo perspective):

 

Single Truck (We doin' this?)

 

3 Boats (extra money and pretty fast. No biggie if I miss some time limits)

 

Weed Single Truck (Though why are our characters absolute lightweights?)

 

Document Duffel bag (Just don't die, alright?)

 

3 Buzzards. (Drops can get obnoxious if you get low drops and mountain drops in the same copter)

 

3 Garbage Trucks from any business except Counterfeit (drops are always the same for each truck and I have a good, adventurous route set up. Few spots need backing into and you can drop them on the go at maximum speedimum)

 

4 Baggers Cocaine (On and off. Sometimes you get a good second spot and sometimes it's awful. One time the backup spot was literally across the street from the ambush!)

 

3 Garbage Trucks from Vespucci Counterfeit (It's the furthest away, which dulls things a little)

 

4 Baggers any other business. (Sour taste as it used to glitch and despawn the Benson Trucks and screw you out of money. Seems to be fixed, but too much Paleto Bay is irritating)

 

3 Dodos (BORING)

there are two reasons why this bullsh*t blows up.

 

1. that crapsh*t doesnt stand still when you exit it

2. youve entered and left it afterwards for several minutes

No. Sometimes I’ll just end up whereby all functions have disappeared, sometimes I’m skydiving back to earth. Most times it happens is when I try and join a lobby. The worst connection issues for me are things like entering / exiting Terrorbyte for example, and at the same time a player leaves or dies. I can be stuck on a black screen for ages.

I usually sell solo so anything goes except the trashmasters, boxvilles, and dodos. The baggers are fun because I can take out my frustration on npc drivers by blasting them with a shotgun

For me it’s the fact that upon returning to the other two dodos the wheels just magically retract on one of them, causing it to blow up  
 

The worst was when I had one dodo left to sell, then it blew up, ending the sale and I couldn’t do anything about it because the payment got already wired.

Easy Way Out should be removed. I've put over 120 hours into Online (not a lot) and I've never been stuck in a spot where I needed to use this feature to get unstuck. If they don't want to remove it, then maybe bury it in the pause menu somewhere so it can't be used so easily when in combat against another player.

 

In other news, I purchased a technician for my night club but he disappeared when I signed on the next day. Are they temporary or did I get screwed out of over $100k?
