(in retrospect i should've just ignored them, but i didnt, and i doubt i will in the future, MK2 kids need to be shown they suck whenever possible) All in all not the worst thing since the money is automatically generated, but obviously no fun either.

And I'll never understand the complaints about Tony's take. You're not doing anything to earn the Nightclub money, just ignore it.

Decided to help someone on humane labs finale... I get on mic and tell them to put me as pilot, but they were too antsy to start it. They had someone that more likely spends all their time doing PvP in free roam. I tell them again put me as pilot and they don’t. Whatever, I ready up and we head to the Valkyrie. Well the rank 161 flies like they’re having a seizure, doesn’t even know to go to the checkpoint in the sky. One ground jumps when they wasn’t supposed to yet, why? Stupid pilot! I’ve already had enough. Tried to explain, they were in too much of a hurry so I txt the other and tell them “they can’t fly. I’m out” and left. In the end it was me, 161, 90 and a low rank host/squeaker.

Does anybody even want to play this game or what?

 

Somebody starts Headhunter - I go defend the targets against them, they try and kick me (and get the whole lobby to join in) then quit in temper

Somebody starts the Gold or Diamond mission - I steal the loot, they threaten to report me as "a moder" (sic) then quit in temper

Somebody starts Haulage - I ambush them with my MOC cab and steal their trailer, they send abuse, try and kick me then quit in temper

Somebody starts Piracy Prevention - I quietly drop in on them on their yacht and RPG them over the side for the win - they quit in temper

Somebody starts Torched - I defend the crates - they play for a bit, then quit in temper

Somebody tries to get the Business Battle crates - I intercept them and steal them for myself, they quit in temper

Somebody coming down the road in a CEO car - I steal it and drive off around the map in it, they try and get the  lobby to kick me...then quit in temper.

 

and so on, and so on...

In IV, you could choose what team you wanted to be on (the teams were divided into different colours). I remember when people used to jump straight into the rank 8, 9, or 10's team, while the other team had like only 2 players that are rank 2 and 3. I also remember when rank 8, 9, and 10s were good enough that they insisted on playing in their own team consisting of just themselves and would change teams again if a low level joined them.

 

It was a common belief that if you weren't in the same team as a rank 8, 9, or 10, you would automatically lose. Those rank 8, 9, and 10s were pretty damn good, though.

One thing that's fun when I'm bored is to start Haulage, let someone steal it, and once they've driven alllllll the way up to Paleto - I'm out! Maybe I'm a jerk. Oh well, still funny.

The little yellow marker on the minimap will have an up or down arrow. 

I did the Humane Labs finale last weekend and the pilot was an idiot. Flew straight to Humane Labs very low then climbed straight up. I was on ground team and the gunner was yelling at the pilot to go up or down. The chopper crashed right as I was exiting the underwater tunnel. At least my #2 listened and followed directions.

Because with so many badversary modes it'd be IMPOSSIBLE to find King of the Hill and it'd take an eternity to scroll through it as well.

King of the Hill should have been a mode for the old Deathmatch maps IMO.

 

It's rather pointless to be its own game mode with its own maps.

When u started the game 2 months ago, grinded hard to get all businesses and then Rockstar puts everything on discount and double profit 

 

But I'm also happy with it !

I've been trying for the locust for about 2 hours. It's not even worth it at this point, but I just want it to be for something. Oh yeah sure, 1/20. I mean I've only spun the damn thing 50 goddamn times.

There are sales/bonuses on different things every week, as covered by the newswire and this forum. Every business has been discounted at some point; if you didn't wait, then that's your own fault.

1/20 doesn't mean that you'll get it in 20 attempts, all it means is that the car is one of 20 available options.

That's good to know. I've noticed the arrows on MC sales, but never bothered to research what it mean. I think on those, they tell you to fly higher with a text message so I figured out what the correct height was.
