He is talking about the PV Party Bus, since it's not in the black list you can store it with glitches.

Here is a list of things concerning the new Avenger Modshop, at least on the PC.

 

You cannot modify non-blacklisted pegasus vehicles (Party Bus and Dune)

You cannot modify Bicycles on the PC with it.

You can modify vehicles that normally cannot be modified (Mariachi Tornado, Speedo, Bugstar Burrito, Lifeguard Blaser, Lifeguard)

You cannot change the paint texture in vehicles "already painted" (Lifeguard, Bugstar Burrito)

Vehicles that have been modified in the past/merged get unlocked to be modified everywhere, modify them on the Avenger so you can get different mods on them, for example on the car meet, like for getting colored headlights or lowgrip tyres and such (Bugstar Burrito, Lifeguard Blaser)

I was curious about Simeon's Dealership and how that handles player protection since it's the first real seamless interior in GTA Online.

 

The main overarcing protection is that just before you enter the doors, you get forced into OG Passive Mode; evidenced by the message you get about weapons if you go back and forth at the door while holding the weapon wheel button. It seems the whole interior is filled with a volume that automatically enables OG Passive for players not already in Current Passive Mode so long as they're inside it with no cooldown upon leaving. The doors also have an blockade preventing weapon projectiles, vehicles, RC Vehicles/Drones - if you enter with Ballistic Equipment it won't remove the suit, but it will remove temporarily your Minigun for as long as you're in there, doing a test drive will remove the suit entirely. This has got me thinking; since Cayo's release, I've regularly thought about the idea of Mansion's, how if they were to be included now that they should be some kind of Open-Air Interior, like the Cayo Beach Party, allowing players to freely walk about their mansion grounds and enter/exit the mansion itself without loading screens. But what if this was some kind of live test for Mansions... or any other future properties or shared locations having this kind of system?

 

The questions this kind of system would raise in relation to Mansions are;

- what happens when two players own the same mansion property? The grounds would be fine, but then the seamlessness of going in and out the Mansion would be lost in favour of having personalised interiors.

- how do you "Invite" other players outside your Org/MC to be protected by the same property-shielding system?

I'd like to see some random events with the Fleeca Banks around the map. Randomly one would highlight with a blue dot where you could rob it entirely in freemode for a big cash reward around $80-$100k, and you'd only get the money if you lose the wanted level afterwards. If you die, the event ends. Maybe they could make it to wear you'd have to complete a hack to get in and stuff. A seamless bank robbery would be so cool to see.

ah yeah i noticed that.

funnily they labelled it in the files as "simeonfix".

the way they did it, is just putting collision boxes in front of the doors with specific flags so you can only enter it on-foot.
but it blocks bullets, explosives and vehicles.

they have something very similar with the pacific standard bank and that is why you can´t drive into it with a motocycle.

IIRC originally the Fleeca Job was going to feature several Fleeca banks around Los Santos, much like the Tuners contract which then rebirthed this idea. The interiors are there in basically all of the banks, and they've made it possible to use the safes in the Tuners contract so a random event involving them as another user had already suggested a few pages ago would be cool indeed.

Three banks in a 10 minute time limit. Last one being in Legion Square, ending with a fight through to the car park on the north side, escaping to the viaduct and evading a Wanted level on jetski's. The preps also involved stealing said seasharks, rigging the substation across the highway from the Casino with explosives - Caligula's Casino style, and a hot coffee inspired mission where one player romanced a Fleeca manager so the rest of the team could break into his place and steal his pass.

Sadly, no - although there is a Crew Emblem option that has no use and is locked. Just BP tyres for your bicycles and Xenon lights. Although there was a way to buy BMX's in a preset colour of your choice - I don't know if it still works.

As a side note, seeing as we are talking about it, when you enter your Thruster in your Facility you get the prompt to enter the Avenger with it but it does nothing

Mariachi tornado and some other pv vehicles can have now different paint jobs and other standard things like brakes, armor, turbo etc. Bicycles can only have xenon lights and bulletproof tyres like @Zak Ras wrote before

Should note that for the Lifeguard SUV, it needs to be one that was purchased. If it's one that was spawned and stored, it can't enter the Avenger. Not sure why.

 

 

Also for bicycles, the headlight color(Xenon, etc.) will not stick. So no point in adding those.

 

Bunker caddy says it can enter but it'll only pull you inside while leaving your vehicle outside(and for some reason the PV icon disappears from the map).

Yeah, it can. Got my Lifeguard off a beach spawn back when they were made available. Just took it into the Avenger for some touch-ups.

That's weird. I tried both mine and only one will enter. Couldn't get the pop-up to enter the Avenger with one of mine. Blue circle appears but dpad does nothing and no prompt.

Sourcing crates in invite only...i Got 2 calls from My Assistant within 15 minutes, both times offering me an special opportunity Aka special item, both times i went to My Office asap and both times the special item was not there,  i got the usual 1-2-3 crates option...idk but seems like special items are broken in invite only sessions

My Lifeguard was spawned by a friend of mine in the beach by taking a bought one to force the spawns, however it was merged before, so I could not know that.

 

I can't test the Bunker caddy because it's blacklisted on the PC only.

IIRC when I was messing around with bicycles, there is difference in stolen ones and purchased ones as well. IIRC the former ones could have a colored light but no insurance installed. But this was a long time ago; haven't tried with the Avenger.

Yeah I tried to make mine look as close as possible to the green & beige one from the payphone hit missions (which I tested still can't be saved). As someone mentioned on the other page though the Bicycles and Pegasus vehicle customizations don't work on PC so yes I just spent $4m on an Avenger just to respray my Mariachi Tornado. 

 

Also I think I figured out how to be able to wear my cowboy hat in the payphone hit mariachi tornado while testing all this, so even if I can't save it I can still take some nice pics in it now.
