Nah, every vehicle functions that one, when you see the little flash after you hit upgrade, it is just the game swapping the models, I very much doubt they'd give us a vehicle and then a little while later be like "oh remember that car? You can take it to Benny's now".

During the last ULP mission my Special Carbine MK2 ammo was changed to tracer rounds. Random glitch or they thought racer rounds would help us see in the dark? Maybe this is what happened to you? Mine reverted to regular ammo after the mission.

Jumping onto the Buzzard's blades or putting your head under the Velum's propeller - is common. But there are also unique ones.

For example, shoot down a jet, and then Velum. Twice. The guy has rockets and a machine gun, so why not?!

Drive to the airport in a passing car, playing as a prisoner. 10 minutes tried to persuade him to return. Ok, guy doesn't want to go to jail, I get it.

It already happened before. I don't remember which mission, but it was just the same as a Special Carbine MK2.

True, not in that run.

 

However I joined a Plane set-up shortly after and the pilot did chop up another teammate on the first run. Then he proceeded to fly the plane to LS and get it into the hangar but somehow destroyed it.

It's ok, she was sent by the guys from the dock worker's Union. 

If you take or send crates from the docks, you need at least some people from the Union in your payroll.  

 

Unless you don't want to, in which case we have a little problem here.

These IAA missions are flipping awful, They would prolly not be so bad if they did not have out of control npc's that can hit you from miles away or the stupid broken buzzard that can shoot it's miniguns in every way. 

There is also noting for them but some stupid trade prices, how about some outfits, weapons, or something more then a damn trade price for a piece of sh*t chopper that does noting.........

I know I am stating the obvious but does anyone else think that Agent 14 is pushing how awesome recovering "Bunker Research" will end up being? I have done two research missions from him and both times he almost blew his load about how good the results would be.

 

I know people think this is alluding to us getting our own Juggernaut in the December DLC which seems like the way he speaks but it having no current pay off. I just hope it's not the RC Juggernaut people think it will be and instead it's a fully functional and customisable follower.

And here I would be happy with a Service Carbine MkII with Lil Friend attachment and some upgrades for the Precision Rifle… like a extended mag, light, grip and buff that doubles the lock on range and damage.

I think I've cracked the intention behind that. You know how if you equip a Large Scope to the Marksman Mk2? Well I've a feeling they were trying to create a non-OP verison of that, I say non-OP because equipping that thing with that scope and Armour Piercing rounds makes Juggernaut type enemies nothing to worry about... can't say much about PvP because I know people have found it to be complete crap in that department.

I've not done one of those missions, I haven't even checked if I can for sh*ts n giggles given I completed my Research back in 2017.

 

Given that Research is the peak of the mobile game design from the 2016 - 2018 era, I wouldn't be surprised if all that was, was Rockstar trying to make sure people know those missions are there to bypass a sh*tty wait-or-pay mechanic.
