^ yup, met a couple of modders today which one of 'em spawned a bunch of dune buggy's on me

More moaning. After being Bad Sport pooled, Rockstar tell be that they can't get rid of it. At this point I go all out on the support in a constructive way (seriously), and doing that actually managed to get me out. They're still terrible.

 

Anyway, 2 days from then, a find a cargo griefer who begins to defend his actions and speaks of how they like make people angry. It's not even my cargo and this crap gets under my skin. I used to, but to redeem myself from what horrible things I did, I will go out of my way and hunt them down. You don't need to have a go at me for doing the griefing, I've already done that. Sorry to anyone who I affected. The conversation then gets to the point that I'm a modder. *Sign* Had this conversation over and over. My level, my K.D and now the money I have because of the Terrorbyte, even though the value is still wrong. Seems they don't understand the 32 bit system. My level is high because, well the game has been out for 5 years and I don't like talking about my K.D. I never do.

Finally manged to get motivation to check this dlc out. I like what they have done with the small things like muscle cars being to do wheelies and adding more fan requested vehicles. On the flipside I didnt like the way that a pair of glowing shoes require arena unlock or pay $52k to have it now. Call me old fashioned but I miss the 2015/2016 era of gta. Just a bit dissappointed tbh. Just my thoughts.

You could buy a classic muscle car that the Arena War vehicles are based on in real life for that much (it won't be Concours d'Elegance condition, but it'll probably still run).

I haven't played the game for months, and so haven't played Business Battles at the release, neither the popularity missions. Well, the formers are nice, I'd so much fun lurking peoples with my Akula, to be fair R* did a good job, plus those new BB vehicles can be lifted with cargobob..its much better in term of PvP than what it was with Biker dlc, Special Cargo etc etc

 

BUT HOLY MOTHER OF GOD, there are still those absolutley toxic mules/vans missions around lol?

Some things in this update are seriously getting on my nerves. Why doesn't the spectate option have the choice to be put in matches where you can use the spin-to-win mode? Why the hell does it count as a loss when I leave spectator boxes that don't have the wheel spin option? Finally why does the "Join Next Mode from Spectator Box" keep resetting every time to the "Join" option from the "Don't Join" option I keep selecting?

 

I also don't understand why they keep making PvP updates when the matchmaking is so terrible.

At least you're able to spectate. I've gone in 4 times to "Spectate" and have been launched into joining matches 4 times.

I have a friend that got the same I believe, now he uses a new account usually. I believe it just doubles every time.

Crazy, I just had 64 days so next is 128 and I have only this account, is godmode still a problem or did the new update patch it? Right before I left you had a bunch of trash players running around in god mode.

I love how these sorry, greedy excuses for developers can patch cash glitches in a heartbeat, but can't fix the pilot helmet option resetting itself, which has been plaguing this game since I started playing.

 

Every time I boot up the game I have to switch it off or I'm stuck wearing this...protective (not the word I wanted to use, but we got special snowflakes who get butthurt over the smallest opposition) helmet every time I get inside an aircraft.

People need to understand that in the checkpoint Arena War mode, you have to get every checkpoint in a set and then you get a new set of checkpoints. I’ve been on too many teams where people have driven around aimlessly with one checkpoint in a set left.

Not necessarilly a B&M, but with all the Mad Max vehicles in this update, specifically prominent ones from Fury Road(Bigfoot, People Eater's Limo, War Rig) I'm surprised there's no Gigahorse.

So I came first in carnage with 4 kills and about 10 other players. I got paid 4440 and second place got 20k. The guy in last place got more than me. This game, man, this game. Online is just one big frustration. Just be careful if you plan on grinding arena wars. The payments are bugged, it seems.

That would be it for me. I would have to call it a day. Sixteen days was enough.

 

I cannot fathom why they are so myopic to how bad sport actually ruins their own game. It separates players from their friends, and restricts the activities you can join. 

 

It probably seemed like a great idea five years ago when there was nothing much to do, but it has absolutely no place now in 2018 in a game that is mostly centered around a Freemode lobby chock full of adversary game play and militarised personal vehicles. Added to that the infernal bloody vote-to-kick feature and trolls in the specific game modes forcing players to quit in frustration...

 

It feels like a concerted effort on their part to drive players away from the game. It's just so backward.

I'm still seeing those when I get non-solo sessions at startup.

Some may be legit very high levels, but there's still a bunch of queer looking character tags and obvious modded accounts.

 

And, yeah, they do seem like they're really trying to drive people away.

Apparently not. And 9 times out of 10, the other team knows what it’s doing and the confused team loses by ~20 points or the “experienced” team gets enough points to win in half the time it took for the confused team to obtain the score they got.

Well, there's modders in the BS sessions removing it from people, so I suppose you could wander around hoping to find one?  That's how I got out, but jeez, I only had 1 day, so I could have waited it out too...   hell, go find a modder forum or something and there might be a thread for "BS removal" but I dunno how the matchmaking would work. 

 

Above all though...  isn't BS supposed to be disabled on PC!?  Or is R* f*cking lazy and they only disabled their own BS point system, leaving the actual punishment system still there for modders to toss people into?

I got frozen whilst respawning on the spectator team in the Game Masters mode AGAIN! What’s even worse is the fact that I wasn’t able to do anything, leading to the game thinking that I’m idling and getting kicked right at the end of the match, costing me a victory.
