Michael is definitely being featured. But in terms of the theme of the DLC he will be featured within, idk.   It's worth mentioning that one of the scrapped SP DLC episodes focused on Michael was gonna be about a zombie apocalypse.   You never know, but maybe instead of zombies, we end up with clones of Cliffford army.
