I prefer him without a beard. I don't much like facial hair in general tho... minus the exception of stubble lol. Idk. Personal preference

Pretty sure they confirmed all things you see in missions, like robbery's and stuff...you can do in the open world. Like the sense they give you not knowing if you've completed a mission or not.
