Red Dead Redemption 2: Discussion & Speculation (Part 3)

Things that I hope to see in the hands on preview:

 

-No more tapping a button to friggin run plz

 

-Holding down a button to go faster on a horse(or a dpuble tap like Witcher 3)

 

-Better animations for moving around that are not clunky. Having to fight the controls is not fun

 

-Better free aim mechanics

 

-Train Robberies/other robberies being more deep.

 

-Missions being fun not failing you for doing things differently(except for charcter companion deaths/objectives being destroyed etc.)

 

-Wanted system not relying on The A.I. always knowing where you are.

 

-Arthur not taking 3 years to get back up from a fall.

 

-No more excessive aimbot.

 

-Blood and Gore being amped up

So I finally finished Spiderman and oh man such an amazing game with an emotional story

I played it but wasnt my taste. But for ppl that like Spider-man its truly an amazing game.

I agree, I give this generation a year at most and developers will take a leap into next gen by E3 2019 showcasing their consoles.

Just read the old number. not the best magazine but I am very curious what they will do with red dead. The story about spiderman was also 4 pages. in my opinion quite short.

dude my X button my ps4 controller got destroyed because the of the tap to run, they gotta just get rid of that completely and just make it hold to run no one uses the slow run anyways

No they didn't. They said the PS4 had begun it's end of life cycle, which is about 3 years. They never said when that cycle began, all rumours point to 2020 for both consoles. Don't think Sony would want to launch the PS5 a year after the Xbox whatever either, and vice versa.

I'm not too worried about PS5 at the moment. I'm more worried about important things like :-

If I'm returning from a hunting trip and my horse breaks a leg how do I get my moose into a canoe ?

If there is a hole in my canoe, how am I going to get a moose on a train without causing a scene ?

Will Hosea turn my moose adventure into a heart warming camp fire tale ?

That's just animal hide. Not sure of what animal though.

Yep I know it’s animal hide. Wouldn’t be unlike Rockstar to throw the outline of the map and disguise it as something.
