1 month and 12 days till release and all we got is bits of gameplay here and there in the last video.

FFS, not this again... They showed about an hour to outlets and that was 5 months ago. Everything in the first video was gameplay and there's more coming.

Once again, people are doing the same sh*t they did 5 years ago. sh*tting themselves over nothing.

Rockstar teases us, there will be loads of info very soon, and that will be the final long drought.

 

We are 6 weeks from release, at least 2 more trailers, previews, reviews etc.

 

It will be a busy month from now.

Take a look at most other games. This is pretty much on-par with other games. The only difference is that there hasn't been any hands-on demos for us, and there was no E3 appearance. But Rockstar NEVER does those things. We know the story, we have a good idea of what the gameplay will be like (and we will get more info soon), we know the release date... What more is there for you to know in order to feel the game is sufficiently hyped, aside from having a demo yourself, which, like I said, Rockstar never does?

I got the game pre-ordered on PS Store, and knowing/watching more things won't change that, but....i need to see the game. 

 

 

 

It's the closest we got before the game releases. I like to get overhyped, that's why i need more of it

I want to say because of the minimum marketing R has done for the game it will sell very slowly in the first weeks.

 

But on the other hand i want this game to succeed regardless. I guess we'll have to see if this marketing thing R has been doing since the beginning of time still holds up to this day.

The game being a succes only means good things for us. I'm no analyst but i do think that they missed a great opportunity for extra sales and wasted it with this boring and lackluster marketing campaign.

Yes. R* always do this, and I'm thankful for it. No doubts, the game will be great. The more they save for me to discover the better. And we're talking about the same developer as the one responsible for GTAO here. Chances are a lot, if not all, who knows of R* Games through GTAO (not to mention, through their history of making great games ASIDE from GTAO), will know of RDR2.

 

It's just... all for the better the way I see it. But I mean, yeah, I'm as excited with anticipation as the next guy and I'll definitely jump over that trailer in no time when it drops lol.

I didn't expect it at all.. Since it was the 3rd game in the series.  That'd be like calling Elder Scrolls 6 Skyrim 2.  I was thinking Red Dead Revenge or something to go with the previous theme of RDR acronym.

+1 they know what they're doing. We can assume what's going on and speculate all we want but no one really knows. What I'm about to say is speculation too mind you. I think because this is their first next gen title and they put so much into it, they're really trying to perfect the final touches and that's why the wait has been tremendously long.  What I do know from experience is as creators and perfectionists ( god that sh*t is stressful, being such a perfectionist and dealing with analysis paralysis..) they are probably really antsy to show off their work but are polishing up the final details to ours and their standards before the game goes gold. Not cause they're "scared" or "don't care."
