I still think they don't have to make an announcement for the second part of a gameplay series.

 

It's the second part, not the beginning. People are already expecting it any time now.

At 1:07 Arthur uses a lasso on a horse.  I can't say that's definitive proof that the lasso is confirmed. But I'm pretty damn sure that the lasso is confirmed by the fact that Arthur is using a lasso.
