I did I didn't mention what I wanted to but still I did laugh just like wooooww you've gotta be joking.. right? Then again it just went to show me why I don't want them to see why red dead is so great. The people I had to sell to were mostly those kids that as I said kinda like sheep just follow everybody not their own thing, forming cliques and being all "broey" and sh*t. It was definitely annoying lol but I feel bad for em they're so trapped in other people's wants and the need for technology and flashy sh*t all the time... I've said it many times and will again I feel people to truly love yourself a western are intelligent to a certain level, they are deep people in general, and they appreciate art and nature on a really high scale.

We *may* see this in the towns and cities, idk, but one thing I've noticed is that the small towns like Valentine and Armadillo have a distinct lack of courthouses and gallows.   Yeah, almost all of em have a jail and sheriff's office, but, like when the guard in Rhodes jeers that Arthur is gonna hang.....well...where?   I know R* would be in dangerous waters -- inevitably, somebody in the mainstream would wind up b**ching that this game is "all about lynching, that's racist and stuff."   But the truth is that the noose is a big part of Western iconography.   Whether it's "legal" justice or vigilante, hanging was an everyday solution to lawlessness.  Cowboys would hang horse thieves and cattle thieves on the spot, no need to get the law involved.   And pretty much any outlaw jailed for a felony was gonna be "hanged by the neck until you are dead, dead, dead, sir."  

 

So....hang 'em high, I say.   Let's get our hangin' judges like Judge Roy Bean and have us a necktie social.   Or do like "Blondie" there and make money at rescuing people from the hangman's noose.

I think tomorrow will be a good day tbh. But I was wrong more often than right, but at some point we will predict it right

We got one spot on at 11 PM gmt...f*ck i was really hoping they would do one every Wednesday. I know they could do one before the week ends, ah well.

I think we all should just stop predicting and accept that R* is unpredictable lol. Mostly directed at the people who hype up a date never confirmed then get disappointed. For me honestly even when I feel hype for a certain day I never get mad and disappointed. I know it'd be only myself to blame, they know what they're doing and news will come. I love the scene before this. Angel Eyes encounters that no legged fella and asks for information on Bill Carson. When the guy with the no legs says he was last seen with a fresh young whore in a certain territory it’s funny seeing Angel Eyes toss two quarters at him as he rushes into the saloon yelling “hey Luke, hand me down a whiskey!”

Exactly. People just gotta be patient... We have done this two f*cking years what's a few more weeks? No more wanted posters actually makes sense. It'll leave mystery to what other members do and where they're last seen. I like that Dutch is the only poster actually. We already know hands on previews are September 25th (which isn't far away now mind you) more features are to come on the website, we got a huge artwork blowout, merch being given away, R* social media has been red dead themed for a while now, GTAO is slowing down, we know we are getting a second gameplay trailer... we are playing the game NEXT month...!! Jesus it's just never enough for my generation is it? It's a miracle what happens when you're optimistic and appreciate and look back on all we have gotten so far.

I'm just curious how R* plans to release the trailers.

Next week it will be 5 weeks up to release and they will release at least 3 Trailers (Gameplay #2, Online and the Launch Trailer).

 

This means less time between the trailers (max 2 weeks) and less time until release when the trailers drop, which I actually like.

I'm almost thinking the online trailer will come after launch. Rockstar will likely tell us that there will be an RDO but they'll tell us it won't come until after launch. But that's just my uneducated guess haha.

The thing with BR is it's a fresh take on multiplayer shooters, it's large scale compared to the ocean of 5v5/6v6 shooters, every games different and winning a game gives you way more of a rush than winning a random traditional TDM match. Fortnite is an AAA quality f2p take on it that's super easy to get into it. It's no surprise it's got the success it has, the multiplayer shooter genre is probably the most popular shooter on the planet, definitely in this part of the world anyway.

 

The "Fortnite is trash" malarkey is honestly just as bandwagoney and even more annoying to read than reading people who enjoy it and talking about it, to be frank.
