Maybe because it's one of the less marketed games on recent years? Even for R* standards. We don't even have at least newswire articles promoting the game like RDR had back in 2010.

A lot of you seem like you're upset and want to "hurt" Rockstar because you're not getting what you want by saying that the thing which is actually a wild success is failing.

This game IS getting delayed again. BOOK IT! Mid Dec I'll bet. No trailer this week? Seriously? They are spreading this out way too far, and it can only mean adjusting for a new delay. gameplay 2 trailer will come on the Oct 26 release day, to "calm us" for their inevitable delay announcement.

Marketing is meant to generate hype, not accurately tell you if the hype is warranted.

The silver lining to all of this is that with each week that passes by with no info, it leaves rockstar with less time. All it means is that we will have a bunch of info in a relatively small time frame. There is no point in being negative.

Well, I can only speak for myself but I have absolutely no doubts in Rockstar Games' marketing methods. It worked exceptionally well in the past and it won't be any different this time.

All considered though I'd say RDR2 at least FEELS like their 'least' marketed game in their 20 year history ... or is it just me?
