Buildings in RDR1 weren't tall enough to get away with it, and you could get on top of most of them so they all had roofs. So it's safe to say that RDR2 will have roofs lol.

My road to the release of RDR2 starting after this week.

 

1 week of work followed by 1 week off work followed by 4 weeks of work followed by 2 weeks off work (1 is the release week, the 2nd one the week after the games' release)

They'll have 100% toyed with a BR mode at some point, they did in GTAO and as they have a chance to do it bigger and better with RDR2 they'll have played around with it. I think every AAA developer has at some point in the last two years, the potential is too good to pass up.

 

But, between Fortnite, PUBG, CoD and BF's BR modes it's very quickly become a saturated market. I suspected the BR floodgates would open at E3 but I feel like major publishers and devs have figured that with CoD and BF joining the party that there's no more room in the inn.

If you ask me, BR is slowly dying and it's really not worth it at this point jumping on that train. R* should do their own original stuff ... that'll be a lot greater and better than any BR mode could ever be!

maybe trusted review mentioned it for just clicks? As it’s the most trending mode for the year

Considering both CoD and BF have BR modes coming up and Fortnite pulled over 700k concurrent Twitch viewers last night for a tournament, BR aint dying anytime soon. I do think the mad panic that seemed to happen at the turn of the year where every developer was debating about getting in on it is over though.

Slowly dying?COD and Battlefield are putting BR mode in their games and Fortnite still sells a sh*t ton.Just because the media hype calmed down doesn't mean BR mode is getting unpopular.

Same. It’s not like they will force us to play BR if it happens. They’ll be other various game modes to mess around with especially Free Roam. I’m actually hoping for contact missions this time instead of always grinding the Gang Hideouts. The “Bag” modes gotta make a return!
