Yeah Rockstar already spoke on this last year in the Game informer interview and as far as December goes...with “RDR Online” possibly  Launched by then , it may be just a small update along with the yearly holiday updates as well so it’s still a win/win for the R* Community (just a theory)

Man, GTAO will always have a special place in my heart. Spent a lot of time there (actually since Oct 2013), met a lot of good people to talk with on the internet. I will have to get that level 1000 first.

 

It will be hard to keep up with two Online games tho. I hope Rockstar Games will launch RDR II Online later, like it was with GTA V xD

He says that apparently the DailyStar have a source inside R* that the game will go gold in around two weeks time.

Not sure about their credibility. I haven't heard of them before as a site with sources.

The DailyStar is a tabloid newspaper in the UK, aka a gossip rag. Not impossible that someone there has a friend in Rockstar I guess, but the general rule of thumb for tabloid papers in the UK is that they are best used for emergency toilet paper.

Well it would technically be RDR4, since there’s Red Dead Revolver, Red Dead Redemption and Red Dead Redemption 2

Actually it'd be referred to internally as RDR5 at Rockstar San Diego

RDR1= Red Dead Revolver

RDR2= Red Dead Redemption

RDR3= Undead Nightmare

RDR4= Red Dead Redemption 2

RDR3 was the codename of Undead Nightmare at R* SD. It was mentioned in a leaked document a couple of mods and admins can confirm it too.
