I really enjoyed RDR1, but the morality system never quite fit the story.  I mean John was far from a saint but the cutscenes played out with him more of a sympathetic character, most of the time. 

 

Do you think the morality system will have a greater effect on the story this time?

I saw the Spider-Man launch trailer (I think) the other day for the first time during an advert. In my honest opinion I think the game looks pony! Just reiterates how R* and RDR2 are on a completely different level.

Yo guys since New Austin and Amberino or whatever it's called have been confirmed I wonder if we'll get to play after John gets killed and we see the whole gang getting dismantled :Bill going to New Austin, Dutch to West Elizabeth, and Javier in Nuevo Paraiso. 

Arthur will probably go his own way and refuse to accompany any of them but it's fun to think about

Anyone surprised at Spider-Man being in the lead must be living under a rock, for one the PS4 has like 70% of the console market (over Xbox One, anyway) and secondly... It's f*cking Spider-Man. One of the most popular pop culture figures of all time, in not only his first big game in years but the first big triple AAA Marvel game too - you know that company who's been doing rather well recently with some small films.

 

RDR2's gonna be a juggernaut of a release and a great game, but the gaming world doesn't revolve around it. That'd be GTA.

Spider-Man is PS4 only. RDR2 is X1, PS4 and possibly PC. No way is Spider-Man selling more.

I'd still have RDR2 as the odds on favourite, but Spider-Man is quite possibly gonna be the biggest PS4 exclusive yet. Insomnia have got a massive hit on their hands.

VGChartz is infamously unreliable and shouldn't really be ever taken as fact or anything close to it. They get their numbers by extrapolating from small sample sizes.

You made remember my childhood in my bedroom with my 3 spider Man posters (from the Sam raimi movies) and the Clint Eastwood poster (got into westerns due to my mom, who always loved Clint's westerns). Such a great time to be alive and enjoy all those media. Never thought I would have all this!

The one detail RDR2 will probably still ignore is NPC housing. Lets be real, there are WAY too many people in the region of RDR1 and not near enough housing in the cities and countryside to house all of them. So much open countryside is not realistic to the amount of NPCs walking and riding around. They could fix this for RDR2, but to do so would look odd when you play the true sequel Marston's story and all those added homesteads are gone. Id rather they add more housing and fill the countryside properly, and it would help for Online where hopefully we get the RDR1 map, where we'd have a lot more housing options, and random places to rob or visit and maybe create missions for Online.

Some people here need to play more games other than R* games, or at least trying to respect them.

 

RDR 2 will me amazing, but Spider-Man will also be amazing (no pun intended), and many more games out there. Living inside a bubble is not good for anyone
