Gunslinger got reintroduced to Steam back in April I think.  I certainly bought it after it was brought back, because I remember trying to buy it after they took it down and not being able to.

One of those horse’s fell off a cliff during a playthrough once and killed itself and I couldn’t obtain it. It was like glitched.

I’m gonna pass on BFV. BF1 left a bad taste (and to a lot of people actually) so I don’t think I’ll be missing out. lol

Ayeee no way?? He does? ;O that'll be cool to hear a red dead character in a different gang! Whom we will hear more from in the next month after!!! Also, to not sugar coat it for me and battlefield V it's just. f*ck EA. I can't stand them and don't wanna support them making more money. It's too bad forDICE they are good devs but EA are truly assholes and a lot of evil people there. Only games I care about this year remain same as they did years ago, RDR2, and until then, spider man after that I'll be so satisfied by RDR2 and playing that for years to come. Only games after that that could pull me even a lil bit from it are cyberpunk 2077, doom eternal and sekiro shadows die twice. There's a lot of other cool games but I don't exactly care about them or want and need them all tbh. Quality over quantity anyways

Not trying to go off topic or anything but I just made a relevant connection. So for those of you who don't know what Mayans is or haven't seen any of the show (sons of anarchy, go watch it) anyways while watching it I've noticed really bikers and outlaws in the west aren't too different from each other... I recommend y'all check out Mayans as it will get you in the "red dead mood" without it being a western even. What I'm saying is that really they're just so similar think about it! Bikers main transportation obviously is bikes, and outlaws ride horses, but they are the same in lots of ways from how they ride. They're a gang with a place they stay (clubhouse\camp) you got differently ranked members and formation of posse when they ride it matters who is where, they got guns, dabble in some drugs, plan heist type sh*t. Cowboys and bikers aren't really that different. The dynamic is there does anyone see what I'm saying?? For whoever has seen sons maybe you'll get my connection so it's amazing watching the show seeing all the drama and sh*t gone bad play out, clay and jax's relationship really reminds me of a dutch\arthur relationship... Literally clay is the gang leader, like dutch... And Jax is the enforcer\"muscle" like Arthur!!!  I guess what I'm getting at is seeing how sons plays out gets me excited for the gang feeling of red dead redemption 2. The drama, the heartbreaks, the betrayal, the friendly moments... All of it. Brothers. Outlaws For Life..

Also worth mentioning there was a GameStop managers conference where a picture ended up on Instagram, guy who saw it said "no doubt in my mind this will be the greatest game ever" blew people away. More posters and billboards up everywhere, basically just it's all really happening. It's no longer a myth and secret\hopeless day that never comes, the game is being promoted and it's everywhere. 8 weeks away...

New limited edition merch at Gamestop. One of the item descriptions seems to have confirmed New Austin. Also another region called "Ambarino," which is Spanish for "Amber." People are speculating that it is the Desert area (possibly Mexico).

BF1 isn't that bad for me, I bought it like a week ago (at least I found a game that'll keep me entertained until RDR2 comes out).

 

OT: I wish I had a PS3 or that PS4 supported PS3 games because, today, I found my Red Dead Redemption disc which was in one of the boxes where I put some old stuff in the attic. It somehow got there.

This is what I've been tryna tell people lol. There won't be day and night differences. Believe me if the graphics were way better on the PS4 Pro, I'd have one but to me 1080p is good enough. When the game comes out on PC that'll be a whole different story though.

Monster Hunter World on PC helped August fly by for me. I doubt I'll pull the same hours out of Spidey next week (cause I played a redonk amount of MHW) but it's sure gonna help. Plus, they're releasing the first DLC for Spidey 3 days before RDR2 so that'll help make those last few days go by just that bit quicker.

Marston may leave RDR2 mid game, or at 2/3 mark?

 

Im playing through RDR1 right now. Paying close attention to dialogue this time around. This may have already been combed through at some point on this forum, but Marston tells Ricketts in Mexico that the gang left him for dead at a robbery. Presumably Blackwater robbery? "They'd all gone crazy by then". Crazy doesnt seem to fit Morgan's MO. Marston already has wife and son in RDR2. So if the gang leaves him for dead during robbery, you have to assume Abigail and Jack arent still currently traveling with camp. I mean, how would John go collect his wife and son after being left for dead? Marston has to have already nearly parted ways with the gang before Blackwater. He sees theyre going crazy, and decides to start his farm. But the gang asks him to come along on one last big score, and John reluctantly goes, leaving Abigail and Jack at his house, not still at gang campsite. 

 

This means Morgan participates in leaving Marston for dead, and they have no last words as I assumed months ago, as an exit for Morgan. Marston leaves the game, and we carry on as Morgan, who is about to leave the crazy crew too, or, plot twist, Morgan has already left game BEFORE Blackwater either of his own choosing or getting killed, and the game has already put us back in control of Marston to participate in Blackwater robbery, and the game ends with Marston left for dead, to be continued. No Jack style Aftergame life.

The Blackwater Robbery occurs at the beginning of the game in 1899. John Marston is left for dead on the Ferry in 1906.

There could be a time jump like V starting in 2004 then jumps to 2013. Maybe at the end the game jumps to 1906 or maybe we go backwards the game starts with the Ferry robbery in 1906 but then goes back to 1899 idk.

Blackwater robbery starts RDR2? Well then how come RDR1 starts with news of the BW robbery like it just happened. Im missing something here. Someone fill me in.

The interesting thing about ps4 pro and xbox one x isn't the graphics per se tho, it's the 4k and hdr support, that change a lot the perception of the game, regarding the textures and colors, mainly. I'm sure the standard ps4 will handle it beautifully, but the upgraded ones will go even further...
