they updated the whole r* site last year yet they did not removed Agent from games list

If they did anything people would immediately start discussing it and the reasoning behind it. That's why I think they don't bother.

Rockstar renewing the trademark for Agent means nothing really, it's standard practice.

 

IMO the only chance we have of another Rockstar game this gen is a GTA game. Bully 2 I don't think will ever happen, Agent maybe one day? Just not any time soon. The next consoles are expected/rumoured to be 2020 so they pretty much have two years or so left before the new consoles are out. They're all in on RDR2 right now so while they may have other projects in some form of development, RDR2 will be the only game in full development and given how they'll be wanting to support the game post launch not all the developers will be instantly moved over to new projects (if any, who knows how it works there). Basically, they'll have something like 16-20 months or something after the launch of RDR2 to be able to pour into another game, and it's gotta be one that's already had plenty of time in the cooker going by how long they take to make games. The only game I can see that being the case for is GTA VI.

 

Even then, they could easily launch GTA VI in the first 1-2 years of the next consoles, they miss the huge launch they'd get releasing it this gen but it would sell the new consoles like no other game could and continue to sell like hotcakes for years to come.

I got talking to a Rockstar employee at a party in Belfast 2-3 years back. According to him, Agent basically became a different game with the assets already created used for the new title.

To release GTA VI this gen would be the worst thing that could possibly happen. GTA VI should be only on next-gen hardware, no cross-gen title! ONLY ON NEXT-GEN.

On the other hand I hope that Bully 2 is coming this gen and that will possibly be their cross-gen title.

And I hope some type of ponchos will be available in both SP and MP of RDR2. I know that most have seen the gifs, images, clips and memes too many times to count, but I must just give my humble tribute to one of the most legendary build-up scenes in the history of cinema. It would of course never have been achieved without the fantastic cast, and Leone's master-mind. But I think what makes it absolute perfection is Morricone's "The Trio".

The beginning of of "Once upon a time in the west" and the ending of  "A few dollars more" might be even better(up for debate), but in the pure context of build-up atmosphere, the scene under here gets my vote!

You just can't make movies(or scenes) like this anymore!

The redistribute some property scene, Micah looks and sounds like Johnny Knoxville to me. But in the sometimes brothers make mistakes scene in the other trailer he looks and sounds different. Maybe it's just me.

It will be quite some time before we see the next Rockstar game,Red Dead 2 started development in 2010 but we only got the reveal in 2016,i believe Bully 2 is already chugging along(heh) but it will be a next gen launch title like GTA 3 was.

Speaking of duels, do you think the duel system is going to be the same as it was in RDR or will it be changed? I thought they were a bit meh in RDR tbh, I would say CoJ: BiB did it better (which is actually a pretty good game, it is just unfortunate to be compared to RDR).

 

 

In CoJ: BiB you actually control your right hand as well, and it was pretty hard but rewarding, it created a better tension between the duelists imo. I'm fine if the system remains the same, but I would say it has room for improvements.

Brilliant film, way more action then The Heightful Eight...but that’s also a great film!
