I found the Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay reveal to be underwhelming at best and boring at worst. They wasted so much time on things that we don't care about until the game is in our hands. Who the f*ck cares who Dexter DeShawn is yet? Why are we made to listen through so many damn conversations when your gameplay reveal should instead focus on showing off as many gameplay elements as possible. Rockstar showed off more features of RDR2 in a 6-minute video than CDPR showed for CP 2077 in that entire demo. I was cringing when they had to mention "seamless, no loading screen world" and "day-night cycle" as if it's something innovative. What is this, f*cking 2008? 

 

Don't get me wrong, the world itself looks interesting, but it's wasted if they don't show it off in the right way. In my eyes, RDR2's gameplay reveal made Cyberpunk's look amateur-ish.

As far as Cyberpunk 2077 goes (a little underwhelming during some parts but again, stunning at the same time). The shooting mechanics didn’t impress me at all. The voice acting was cringe at times. The world so far they showed itself is awesome though. The moment the elevator opened and brought you to street level was pretty impressive. Not really bummed that third person isn’t on-foot. That’s all I can say now about it.

 

Anywho... September nearly upon us and that glorious month of Rocktober!

That demo is the one for E3 made for the journalists,there's a interview with CDPR's dev talking about being afraid of showing the gameplay because of the animation glitches and the unfinished face animation.But they thought it was unfair to let only journalists see the gameplay while fans were left behind.

Red dead redemption is gonna be the game of this generation. I was expecting RDR and reading all the forums 9 years ago. The timeline, The narration, the immersion, the environnement, the gameplay and freedom ... are just all these elements that just ROCKSTAR know how to perfectly combine to make a master piece. 

 

Western says a lot about human transition. It has influence the all cinema industry and has fascinated several generations. It touches any one of us. Rockstar with the experience and knowledge that they have accumulated, prepare us something that we can't even expect. I'm waiting that game since the last breath of John Marston and I'm ready on the 26th armed with my game in his beautiful and immaculate red steel-book, red safe fool of items, the Ultimate Read Dead Redemption Bible with all the artworks to have the most amazing experience of this generation in a video game (/art}.

 

And of course a new 4k screen and an humble PS4 slim...

This is the reason I dont have "social media". I mean I have this account, Reddit, and Yt account.  But other than that, social media is pure cancer to society. The downfall of civilization. Anyways, Cyberpunk & RDR2 are too completely different games, dont get why people get so worked up. Just like RDR2, I will also purchase Cyberpunk.

 

We dont need R* giving us long gameplay videos because they want us to experience their game first hand.  Cant wait till R* gives us a post on the newswire about it going GOLD. Its probably the first week of october.

Just saw the Cyberpunk gameplay. It looks pretty neat and has a lot of potential. Still, a Vertical Slice is a Vertical Slice. Gonna hold judgment on the game until I see something more finalized.

I respect people’s opinions for whatever they play. As long as you are having fun that’s what it should be all about is the way I look at it at the end of the day. Diving into different genres and different worlds in games is something special. Some will exceed expectations and others won’t. Game on basically!

Just because it's coming on the 10th (which hasn't been confirmed, just heavily speculated), doesn't mean the trailer is coming immediately before. The first gameplay was three weeks ago. Rockstar isn't opposed to making us wait after all.

I think they'll make fun of people beining too easily offended and things like that. Trump will porblably not be as relevant when the game comes out anyways. They could also make fun of things like electric cars, dumb trends, oversaturation of the same movies. Making fun of lootboxes and microtransactions would work but the game has micros too so that's problably out of the question.

Video games will probably be banned in the US, by the time GTA VI is ready to come out, completely squeezed for immorality by the right, and for political correctness, by the left..  We'll only be allowed to play with real guns then.  Ammunation would be a big box store, if GTA VI ever came to pass.
