I'm hoping for some details on horse/outlaw relationship, hunt mechanics and camp management, and sure see if 1st person is supported.

 

I would be absolutely pleased if there are any details whatsoever on this four features. And why not character and horse customization.

NPC interactions and the camp will probably be the biggest focus, like showing the character-switching and heists in the GTA V video. Dead Eye will also be shown (hopefully seeing those kill cams, a good look at the physics/violence). Horse-bonding will probably get shown too, demonstrating how resourceful your steed is. And environment looting, equippable items... could go on and on. Rockstar can show a lot without going into much detail at all.

Kidding aside, I think the focus will be on hunting, camp management, and the improved NPC interactions.  Dead-eye kill cams should be featured too.
