Need help with this mod. I have added video clip to show you whats wrong.

Hope this is the right section for this. Ok, I want to install this mod  https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/pontiac-trans-am-1977. When I do there is something wrong with the Decals and a billion show up and it just randomly changes. I follow all the instructions that came with the car and reinstalled it three times. The only issue is the decals that just change over and over when you get in the car. I follow the instructions I got when I downloaded the mod.  I am to add the files phoenix. yft , phoenix.ytd, and phoenix_hi.yft to update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levls\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ and place the handling.meta into update\update.rpg\common\data. I have done all of that but still get the issue that is in the video.

Updating this. I did get the decals to finally work after I uninstalled and reinstalled it again but I left out the handling meta this time and it seemed to fix that issue but the customization is still wonky and places everyhthing off of it.

Well it has now reverted back to the mess it was. Not sure why I added natural vision and it went wonky again.
