Can't buy vehicles off websites or tracker from LSC!!

Help I can't buy a tracker from LSC for  vehicles I steel off the street, and when I try to drive one into one of my garages I just get stuck and have to quit the game.  I also get the message

 

"Sorry, you may not purchase a vehicle at this time" when I try to buy a vehicle off one of the websites. It has been like this since about last weeks event week the week before it was ok. Help how do I fix?  I have a GTA capture that I made in the creator a year ago or so that is

 

now invalid because of boats in the canals could this be part of the problem?   Help!!

Jobs made in the Creator usually become invalid because the Trigger is placed in a dodgy zone, the zones were added a few months back. Try not to put the trigger close to water.

 

For your vehicle issue, I have no idea sorry.
