Vehicles to buy but holding out for discounts

I never had a list. Discounts make me notice some vehicles and I sometimes buy them. 

This week it was the ScramJet. No regrets.

Those are discounted roughly every 2 months, except the AA trailer, Tula, Savage and Cargobob. The Cargobob specifically hasn't been discounted in a long time, so it could be soon. Also, don't buy the Savage at all, even if it gets discounted again, just save your Savage money and wait...

After deciding to rearange my 2nd nightclub garage I got a (very) small list of stuff I want to get with a discount.

Pfister Neon (1.500.000$)

Ocelot XA-21 ( 2.375.000$)

Dewbauchee Specter (599.000$)

Gallivanter Baller LE (149.000$)

The are all for collection purposes so I don't want to waste to much money on them even if they are already rather cheap (for example the Baller).

I have a pretty big list myself. Some of them have been

discounted before but I wasn't at a point to afford them.

I want an Adder to replace the one sold when I returned.

I want a Seabreeze, a Weaponized Tampa, a GT500, the

Sterling GT, the BlacFin. A Cheetah Classic, that Progen

car that is also a Benny's, can't remember the name.

 

There'a also a few bikes I want, a Cliffhanger, a BF400.

Some Halloween vehicles I don't own. I want to get me

a Phantom Wedge and eventually a Ramp Buggy, for

those moments that I get a delivery vehicle stuck or

something. I don't see myself using planes in this game

a lot (maybe the Seabreeze) but I'll get the B-11 some

day. Funny thing is that can afford all of it right now but

I like to wait for discounts, more to "spread out" the fun

of acquiring these vehicles over time.

 

Last night I bought a regular Infernus and a Feltzer that

have been in my list for some time, as I was waiting for

my business to "cook" lol. I like customizing them things

Not really keeping my eye on the discounts but if I see a new sports car that I don't have yet on a sale I consider buying it. Right now those would be the ones that have been added in the last 6 months because I haven't even logged but I still have $120M.

Because I have everything I want

I buy stuff I don't have when it goes on sale so I have it if I ever change my mind. That and Lazer doesn't take up space

I keep a pedantic list of all vehicles I own, with their respective garages (currently requiring some relocating and tweaks), performance upgrades I still need to purchase (I buy them exclusively on discounts, since either way, I usually use only a handful of trusted vehicles when I play), and of course, vehicles I want to buy:

 

• Cargobob - never bothered purchasing it, since I'd use it exclusively in I/E sale (and some sourcing) missions, and not even all the time. I did some sales with Bobs in the past, but I prefer driving cars to the destination point. So yeah, this one is by no means a priority.
• Mamba - now, when it's going to get some liveries, it may also get a discount. It's a nice car, but I don't really feel like spending a million on something I will barely use. It'll just stay in my muscle garage, looking nice and collecting dust. Same applies to Stirling GT and Savestra.
• Terrorbyte and Broomstick Mk2 - as much as I hate Broomsticks, they'd be a nice alternative for Buzzard and Hydra, my two main vehicles for CEO and biker activities. Hydra is huge, bulky and bullets easily damage it, so even if it's incredibly fast, I'm looking for something more nimble. Also, it can be spawned next to you with no cooldown - so yeah, it'd be a perfect vehicle to do some biker missions. As much as I hate this bike, After Hours was the straw that broke the camel's back, and I don't care about roleplaying in this game anymore - you know, avoiding militarized, futuristic garbage and such. I may as well get myself one, and grind money faster.
• Nimbus - nice jet, no more, no less. I have some room in my hangar still, and could see myself buying a luxurious plane. Because why not? I'm still quite disappointed we can't copy our yacht heli, since Swift Deluxe is pretty quick and fun to fly around.

Update from my side: Can buy the terrorbyte, but can't afford it yet. Since i bought bunch of stuff last week, i hope we get some discounts on costumization or well..the terrorbyte.

 

But other than that, i will try to stay strong. Maybe 2nd garage and a bike for my 2nd character. There's too much stuff left to upgrade on my existing assets.

I know I said I don't like the Lazer & wouldn't touch it for anything else than 75%, but damn, that 40% is very tempting.

 

I'm definitely picking up the Strikeforce, gotta upgrade the T truck now too lol.

Holy sheeeeeeeet!  Did not realise it was double $ on client jobs too!  Just did Diamond one in about 2 mins for 60k.  Easiest 60k you can make!  Get grinding people!!!  Someone at R* HQ dropped the ball on this one lolololol!

I don't think it was on sale ever, but I suspect it to be this Halloween since it was launched at that time last year. There is no direct discount on it now, but indirectly there is. Double $ on client jobs makes 3.7mln a quick grind. Been doing some the last hour and already raked up 500k. This is gonna be a nice cash week.

If you can Octa, try and get the Terrorbyte this week as soon as possible!  It's double $ on Client Missions, meaning each one will give you 60k.  Alternate these with VIP missions, and you're constantly making 60k then 20k, 60k then 20k and so on.  I'm making hundreds of $$$ in no time at all!  This grind is going to pay off the Tula I just bought on discount hahaha!

still , I´ll wait for 75% off during Black friday (hopefully) ...

sure, 40% off is really nice, but it´s still around 4 mil... (already spent 5 mil. today for the Tyrant and Strikeforce including the upgrades)

APC: it sucks but i just want it to finish my weaponized vehicles collection in my facility.

 

Brickade, Havok, SuperVolito and Volatus: To complete all the vehicles on the SecuroServ list I can spawn for free.

 

Anti-Air trailer: For gun running sales where I have to deal with Merryweather, also to finish the vehicles I can buy in my bunker.

 

Phantom Wedge, Rocket Voltic, Ramp Buggy, Blazer Aqua, Armored Boxville and Wastelander: To complete the special vehicles I can spawn on the special vehicles menu, plus have some new VIP jobs to do...Though these aren't a priority for now.

 

Vapid Retinue: I need a sports classic that can look the part as a racecar with liveries, and the Viseris, Savestra and 190z are already in my nightclub garage. GT500 is in my favorites garage. Michelli GT is in my street sports classics.

 

Jetsam Cargobob: Because the OG Cargobob is annoying to fly, too loud...though it isn't a priority.

 

Nightblade: My muscle car collection needs some updating, this should fit just fine but costs a lot.

 

EDIT: Making some progress with my list, also I got myself a Esskey which I have been wanting a long time ago but couldn't justify spending 264k on it...But I did it anyway. 

 

EDIT 2: SecuroServ vehicle list completed, thanks to my nightclub
