Can’t find the exit strategy mission at MOC

I am trying to get the anti aircraft trailer (feel free to speak on its effectiveness) at the trade in price of 1.4m versus 1.8m. They say you need to complete the exit strategy mission at the mobile operations center, but when I go there and look, which I’ve done many times, I do not see it in there at all. I thought maybe they rotated the missions, but that isn’t the case. No I haven’t completed the original 6 they give me, so I was wondering if that’s the reason, and if it is, that definitely sucks because it’s hard enough to find people to do those missions in the first place. 

 

Can anyone guide me on this problem? I did do it with one other person a while back but never did know how he was able to launch it. 

 

Also, if you feel strongly that it isn’t a worthwhile expenditure, then please feel free to let me know that too.  I liked it a lot honestly, but that was in the mission versus NPCs using aircraft and cruisers, not versus deluxos, oppressors, etc. I have an oppressor 2 already, but sometimes when you have to travel with more than yourself, sometime besides an insurgent can be necessary. I bought the Guardian already thinking it would be good to haul it, obv a jumper the gun a little.

There's a computer screen on / in a wall towards the front of the Mobile Operations Center that you access to launch those missions (called Mobile Operations) which are the things which unlock those Gunrunning related trade prices. 

 

You may need the Command Center in the MOC though (check that out via the renovation options). 

But if the mission isn't listed there at all, that's very unusual. I'll have to boot up shortly and double check.

You don't need the command centre: the screen just appears in a different place in the accommodation IIRC.

it seems so odd that a mission would be missing from there

For whatever reason it showed up this morning when I hopped online and in the past wasn't appearing. Thank you for your help to those who replied.

If you use your Bunker as a source of income & sell regularly, the AA is very effective during the Merryweather & multiple drops mission, you can tow it with the mission Insurgent.

 

Here's mine in action with the Flak cannon upgrade:

 

 

 

There are few things you should know though:

 

- The Flak cannon & SAM upgrades must be unlocked through Research.

- The Flak cannon have a low rate of fire & have to reload every 2 shots.

- The SAM upgrade have a limited amount of Missiles (I don't remember how many though).

- The AA trailer have no a weak explosion resistance.

- The AA trailer is a Personal Vehicle & you can't have it out with other PVs ... And for some reason, you can't have it out with the MOC, Avenger or Terrorbyte.

Not having any explosion resistance isn't 100% accurate though - it's got resistance against the Bombushka Cannons and the Valkyrie Cannon and the Oppressor Mk.2 Explosive MG, possibly others. It is weak though and doesn't seem to survive any personnel-operated explosives. That Flak Cannon is the most powerful 'weapon' in the game though, second only in power / damage to the Orbital Cannon.
