I think the character creator in RDO and GTA 6 O sould work like this.

 

-Selecting parents give you a preset.

-Character customization is as extensive as the Saints Row games or the Bethesda games like Fallout 4. So it goes beyond minor face adjustments. You can control how skinny, fat, or muscular the person is. Change the height too. Soldier width, and so on.
