Is it EVER ok to use the Orbital Cannon?

The answer is hell yes, passive mode and teleporters. I have never been hit and not laughed.  Its a gimmick and if youre dedicated enough to reload the entire game to use it and/or risk being stuck in the sky.  Which to me is far worse than losing in game money.  You inconveinced yourself far more than the obliterated player.  Same principle with EWO.  As far as I am concerned, watching kids use the glitch eventually the who is joining disappears and then so does the friend in the lobby, a victim of the clouds.

I don’t approve of the orbital cannon, but if there’s this annoying fly who won’t stop buzzing around your face, it is a good alternative to splat him. I imagine having a Doomsday Heist would allow you to instantly go back to the facility and explode him in less than a minute.

Only time I ever use the Death Star cannon and the disconnect glitch, is when me and my crew run into passive popping jet tryhards.

 

If someone is just gonna constantly go passive and only turn it off when you're in their crosshair, striking them multiple times to damage their k/d is justified. And funny to watch.
