PS Messages App / iOS 12 Issue

I upgraded my cell to iOS 12.0 last night. Today my PS Messanger App isn’t sending or receiving messages. I also lost the couple of open threads I had in it. 

 

Strangely, my main screen PS4 messages section isn’t opening new or old messages. It reverts back to the main screen as if nothing is there to open. The only way I can text in game is the iFruit cell option. 

 

I’m not sure if it’s really an iOS problem, or a PSN problem. Any others experiencing issues today?

iPhone App and console messages were restored for me last night. Seems like PS had to fix something because it came back and I hadn't done anything.
