In other news, Running Back remix is awful. Not Bombushka Run awful, but f*cking terrible all the same. Played all 7 maps, won 5, won't be playing any of them again.

This picture represents the sad reality of GTA Online today. Awful looking out of place armored vehicles, futuristic gear and ridiculous masks combined with idiotic liveries. Is that all there is, like Peggy Lee could have asked? Looks like it is. Unfasten your seatbelts, ladies and gents, the road to the perdition is going to be long. 

 

Good time to grab yourself a Scramjet if you're an old timer and basically anything is good if you're a newbie at this game. I believe, it should be clear to everybody that R* caters to the new players, not to old timers.

I've finally become that person I hate - the guy who logs on and goes 'meh', what a load of sh*te. The Running Back adversary mode was crap in the first place, and no amount of props, crazy vehicles, 12-y-o squeakers is going to change that.

 

@hei3enberg, GTA online has become the antithesis of everything I love. People laughed at Pogo masks, chrome Adders and dollar-rimmed wheels in 2014, and here we are in 2018 with Rockstar actively marketing THIS!

If you do go for the Akula don't get the dual gun for the copilot. It breaks the lock-on for the homing missiles. Otherwise it's a cool toy. I find myself using the buzzard more often but still use the Akula for headhunter. Best features are no cool down between missiles and a bomb bay if you get bored and want to bomb the tar out of the target instead. Stealth is pointless for solo work but it looks cool when the weapons door opens and closes.

 

Disappointed in the Warstock sales because I have all that stuff. Probably going to grind for the Tempesta and Zentorno.

It's almost (scratch that, it's completely) as though R* don't care why things are bought.

 

Back in the day Chradders were everywhere, but it was a community in joke, the players that were serious about the chrome and dollar rims were laughed at. But to R* expensive vehicles with garish customisation sell well, so let's roll out some more.

 

Now with vehicles like the OpMk2, players buy them because they are OP, to stay at the top of the food chain. I don't like it, feel it has no place in the game, didn't want one. But I bought one so I'm not at a disadvantage when taking part in Business Battles.

 

I wish R* would differentiate between why different things sell well. Did it sell because a portion of the player base liked it and though it was well made? Or did it sell well because we made it outclass everything previously available so players "had" to buy it? Hopefully if they did they would cater more towards the former.
