Ways to gift / reward / pay others

We're always thinking of ways to destroy one another, that I think it's time we focus on assisting our fellow players, especially when they have put in good work to help.

Some of us will remember a time when you could go to the interaction menu and simply give cash to other players without having to complete any activity first. Of course, this got patched fairly soon after hackers and modders came on the scene, once again ruining the fun and freedom of legitimate players. Then there were those who would steal a car, custom it to the max and then give it to another player to sell so they got the cash. But again, this was patched.

So then, what ways or methods do people have to help reward other players, especially those who are in your CEO or MC?

I like hiring randoms, especially low level players. For the most part, they can be the most enthusiastic team mates to have, if a little rusty at first. And even though the low payouts they get might seem good to them, I wish I had a way to pay them more. I feel bad sometimes doing a sale with their help, and cashing in big whilst they get a free coupon to 2x for the price of one at Doughies.

It would be great to every now and then, for exceptional assistance and good work, to just gift them a big cash payout from your own pocket. That in turn would breed loyalty and determination from them for future jobs and allow them to buy better weapons and vehicles to assist you further.

I welcome your ideas and views! How do you reward your fellow players?

Mostly solo, but if I hook up with a group who likes to play, I have a collection of cars ready for export.   I keep the sets handy for 2, 3 and 4 person sales.   Other than that, alternate running VIP/CEO/MC/Paige jobs between sourcing and selling.

"Thank you"
is the best reward.

Does selling multiple cars in one go give your associates more money / a bonus?

When I'm in a public session, I try to give lower rank player a Dubsta2, explain what it is and how you can use it to spawn more to make some easy GTA$.

As a rich person in the game I have been faced with this problem for years now. Here's how I've done it:

$9K Bounties are one way to transfer money.

Doing VIP work is another way. The associate gets paid fairly well.

Giving people your heist cut is the best way but requires more people and time. It's very worth it though. Especially if there's a heist replay glitch like with Pac Standard or Bogdan. If you have quality players you can run this repeatedly and quickly.

Doing a freeroam challenge or earning cash some other way in freeroam and sharing cash from the interaction menu helps too.

Just helping people complete their sales or jobs/missions/crates/cargo/whatever can also be very helpful. Still active gameplay but you make a buddy in the process while they progress in their goals. Sometimes all it takes is an extra set of hands.

Placing a bet in a race adds to the pot too.

I'd say heist cuts, direct help on a sale/supply/job/mission and associate pay during VIP work are the most lucrative ways. But please try every method possible. Everybody gotta eat.

Great tips @R3CON! It's good to share!

I often do the VIP missions with associates as that is good cash for them. Do you know if doing the new Client missions pays them 30k as well?

Everybody gets an equal amount of cash, just like with VIP work.

Commend them, it's not much but most people even forget to do this, and for a low level who doesn't have much money the discount they get on ammo can be worth it.

I spawn friendly players a Sandking if the conditions permits it, if not I invite them to my organization for a quick $20k from Headhunter.

Earlier I killed three birds with one stone.

Placed 100k (I can't remember, but I guess it was 100k - otherwise 10k) on the oponent on Criminal Records. He does the same on him. One round each race for 44 races I always lose.

Profit: He got 90k (or 9k) each round + RP + unlocks for all tuning parts.

Now R* caped the bet to 1k, so there's nothing left except playing Bogdan and PS-heist in loop (easier, faster and even more money, but less tuning, lol) or invite them to my wholesales on any business ready-2-be-delivered.

If both want to idle and the lobby is peaceful, idleing on privacy prevention is a minor go2, too.

When I'm feeling helpful and the low level is happy to do their part, I heist hard for peanuts, or even free. Even encourage an original CMM run, that $12m might be one time only, but man, does it help.

Made a 2nd, did just that and within 3 weeks and by rank 80, bought all the businesses needed. (to shut the phone up, but they are an option if I feel I need cash in-game without needing another).

I'm not doing business (strict public-lobby-phobia), but for a while two gaming friends (who did bunker stuff) were bored kind enough to visit me in my exile and share the occasional race, or 2-player-required mission, CEO challenge, or party of golf with me.

In turn I would repay them with my time; let them spend very prolonged AFK times snugly perched, as my associates, in the back of my Buzzard while I would tour around doing Sightseer and Headhunter. I actually like sightseeing (and watching videos with my partner IRL on the side), and I know how to keep the Buzzer in one piece for an hour or so, thus their pockets filled decently. Sometimes they would lag out, of course, couldn't help it; when they were back, they would head out to a new public lobby and conclude their businesses there.

Unfortunately the cost-benefit-ratio would later drop significantly against me, one of the reasons we parted ways.

^^^This guy pretty much listed all possible ways I've used in the past.

The only one I can think to add is using the mugger...keep a lot of cash on you and have your poor friend send the mugger for you and then kill the mugger...pays him 10K max..

Oh..lastly you can join his CEO and sell a street car...he gets most of the cash fwiw

Just don't keep a Pegasus vehicle near the mugger, they will steal it right off you. See video "The Greatest Mugger Who Ever Lived."

I’ve given out PSPlus codes to players I’ve gotten to know over a long period. There’s always someone less fortunate and online access shouldn’t be something they struggle over.

Spawning rare npc vehicles and giving out my share of Pac Standard is my goto as well.

Buy them a shark card or a Visa card

This is easy, I do it all the time.... basically you find a poor soul who has a bounty and kill them. Then share half the money with them.

I'm such a nice guy.

Or put a bounty on them and then give them tissue funds

A nice message ''pussyboy buy tissue for your issue'' always goes down well lol

I'm not that charitable. My goodwill extends to in-game currency only.

If the session seems chill enough, I invite them to an org, get Terrorbyte and OP MKII and then launch Diamond Shopping. I can do that mission in less than 2 minutes sometimes if everything clicks just right for a fast, sweet 30.5K to the person and then combo with a Headhunter when I hit the city HH area.

For some reaon money earned through VIP work doesn't seem to go to my on-hand cash so I can't split it with my org. Th edownsides of PC version, I guess...

Man, sometiems I wish I could just take 10 million of my legit money and deposit it to some of my buddies.
