Charles has a happy life there, meets new friends. But then he encounters his main enemies, and the GSF ones too. The BALLAS. And his next enemies, the Vagos. Charles loves meeting with his friends, most being Sean "Sweet" Johnson. Story takes place in 1990 where the gang members call it "Drug Year" 'cause of how much drugs has been used during the year. His second best friend, Lil Maylay, is a gangsta and loves his homies as much as Charles does. But Charles has been somewhat going around with his new friend, Lance "Ryder" Wilson. Charles calls him the "Shermhead". The new life to Charles had only started, but he will face the true life of the Grove Street Families. Follow his story in the story-line... Charles Jones A new gang member of the Grove Street Families after his mother got killed back in 1989 in a "accident" by the Ballas leader Kane. He loves his life as much his mother does love him, but Charles had done everything to save her... Lil Maylay The gangsta who likes Charles' behavior. He's a friendly guy, but can be aggressive when he is about to be attacked by enemies. Sean "Sweet" Johnson The leader of the Grove Street Families. He let Charles to his gang, and Charles promised he will try to protect Sean as much as he can. Lance "Ryder" Wilson The Charles' funniest boy, the "Shermhead". A drug dealer, firearms lover. Melvin "Big Smoke" Harris A typical GSF member. He is respectful to his gang, even to the leader. He sometimes argues with Ryder for necessary reasons. Charles does like him, but isn't sure what that fat boy is planning. Dutchy3010 - For creating the Design Your Own Mission modification. The same initials is just a coincidence, although Charles is not a common African American name.
