Starting something but i'm not sure what to do next

Hi, I havent played a lot in this last year so im kinda lost in all the new gta online features, im basically only making money from double rp and Gta$  events and a bunker... Now i have about a Milly in da bank but i dont know what to do with it, i want to make the right choices in investments, what do you guys suggest me? I only have: -Bunker , Heist Appartment, Office (no garage).

Upgrade your bunker staff/equipment if you haven't already.

Buy an Import/Export vehicle warehouse (note: NOT an office garage), source one of each of the low and medium range cars, and only sell top end ones.

A million is nothing, so you'll have to grind a bit more. Do CEO missions like headhunter/sightseer.

 

Also, there are enough guides in this section already, read some of them.

Based on what you have, prolly I’d say just keep playing missions from the job menu.

 

if you’re in the the long haul, a basic terrobyte gives you access to essentially unlimited missions you can do alone that pay 60k per in a populated lobby (only 40k if you are alone in pub lobby).

 

but, of course, the terrobyte costs over 1 million so it would take a while to truly get your investment back.

 

(remember, each mission has a hidden “cost” in the ammo and body armory you use).

 

again, if you’re in for long haul the nightclub gives you free stuff to sell.  But you must sell it or else your nightclub staff and utility charges will put you in the red.  (NOTE:  you currently would only get “sporting goods (arms) to sell since you just own a bunker).

 

Also, being an associate for a CEO actually literally gives you free mo ey and XP points.  You could lobby hop and maybe get 5k every 15 minutes (do t hold me to this though).

I forgot to add, if you can afford a small warehouse, in the long run buying goods for warehouse and reselling is pretty “green” of an activity.

 

just a fair warning in large public lobbies there is a risk you’ll be blown up during sell missions, but at least the game credits you with sales you did drop off.

Bunker, Coke and Meth are the best combo IMHO to build an empire with the least amount of money because you can use the cheap refills trick to fill all of your businesses. If you own an office already you can buy the import export autos businesses but for pure money making the trifecta Bunker, Coke and Meth is the best.
