Modifying Hunter Rocket Sound?

Hi, I'd like to know how to replace the hunter rocket sounds. I play a multiplayer modification of GTA:San Andreas (MTA:SA), and I'm looking to replace this sound from my GTA Folder, so it would be effective in every server I visited, in the same way that a vehicle mod would effect the vehicle in every server by replacing the .dff, .txd & .col, thanks.
