(Right click game on steam -> properties -> local files -> verify integrity) Tried reinstalling the game? Got any mods installed? Please give more details than an image and text that just goes in-depth on what is contained in the image. If you're playing on a legit copy of the game it's definitely one of, if not the weirdest glitch I've ever seen.
