Nope, it definitely ain't that since I don't have LodLights files - only LimitAdjuster itself - I deleted LodLights because I want to maintain PS2 look (with SkyGFX) as much as I can, so no draw distance or coronas enhancements, or anything in regards to that.

Btw, crash report says it has to do something with SAPT, opcode 0247 precisely. My limited knowledge says I have to check that out, assuming it can be viewed in the first place. I think I hadn't mess with main.scm before so I doubt the problem is there. If I had to guess I would say the problem lies somewhere with peds or pedgr .ide files... or it's simply because I didn't transfer " disablehoods " file, since I couldn't find what exactly it does. As soon as I'm back home, I'll check those few things.

 

Btw, just to drop this here, if someone is having problems with freshly added peds in a sense that the game crashes when you literally kill them, it's probably due to the broken ID numbers. Some of them are simply inaccurate despite being mentioned as available inside the Free ID List Generator.

 

Edit: Yeah, as far as I can tell I haven't done anything with the files from the script folder, they are unchanged, so whoever may know more about that " Opcode line 0247 " in SAPT file, I'd appreciate sharing some thoughts and opinions about it and what could it be. 

 

Edit 2:

 

Jesus, I've accidentally pasted some nonsense into the new peds.ide while I was transferring my existing peds there from the old file. That's the reasons behind crashing, took me some time to notice that, since it was hidden outside the slider bar reach, 'kin 'ell. It works like a charm now, great mod, thanks!

The added cops peds crash the game upon exiting savegames if they were given IDs other than the ones mentioned in the changes list, same for taxi drivers as the script loaded models by IDs and not TXD/DFF names.

Btw here's the changes in the next .ini file:

You can also add it to the 'Breaking the Bank at Caligula's' mission when the members of the triad change their dress.

The used model is named 'LVCB1', you can change it to whatever you want to use in missions.

Update 6.17.19:

  • Adds LVPDM1 to Cop Wheels and Breaking the Bank at Caligula's missions.
  • The ability to add second officer & cop biker models to each city.
  • The ability to add another Desert Sheriff (not available for countryside as there is CDEPUT already).
  • Enable/disable added hoods (mafia and triads) to LV from the settings file.

  • BMYDRUG and WMYDRUG will now spawn together in their hoods like added cops do (WIP, will be completed on next update).

I added a police ped on SAPT.ini (placed the Optional folder in the GTA SA folder) and I also replaced the SAPT.cs but when I check the place where the police spawns, I haven't spotted a single different cop ped. It works for bikers but for officers it doesn't. Can you help me?

I get a flight to Mission Police Wheels when I get to a truck on a motorcycle or when I load several mopeds onto a truck. The game just closes without any error notifications.

Do you think it is necessary to upload a cop's skin to gta3.img?

All the same, I was able to complete the “Police Wheels” mission to the end by loading the cop's skin into the gta3.img file, but the game still flew out after a couple of minutes of gameplay. But it was hard for me, it happened that I could bring 3 bikes and the game crashed.

I have a little suggestion, how about reskinning the LVPD officer to have a Triad face so they can be used in Breaking the Bank at Caligula's? In final the Triads use normal cop biker models and they look odd when they turn black :lol:

- I remember making extra cop bikers and officers spawn together with the same probabilities, but CDEPUT and extra desert sheriff have less chance to spawn.

- Of course it's necessary, I test the mod on modloader btw.

You placed the model correctly into gta3.img file?

EDIT: Yes works with modloader, I play the mod on modloader btw.

Is there any way to add SCM feature without replacing my script file? my game is pretty heavy modded, adding this manually seems to be only option for me.

Changes.txt don't mention what exactly is added to scm.

For the next update you could give variation to the voices of motorcyclists, for now I only know that there is 'VOICE_EMG_MCOP4' and 'VOICE_EMG_MCOP2'.

Hey there, I got this weird situation with drug dealers, when I was driving on boardwalk in Playa del Seville, hispanic drug dealer magically spawns from sky, I killed him and returned to the same location later and his corpse was still there.

I'll rewrite the code from scratch as the dealers spawn relatively late so you see them spawn while driving which is weird, also I'll check the conditions which releases the ped (so he can disappear like any other ped).

From the first log it's clear that the game crashes while creating the drug dealer (hispanic), do you encounter this crash only in el corona? Check Rifa hoods as he spawns there too.

What limit adjuster are you using btw?
