Relocating Nightclub

Hello,

 

i want to relocate my nightclub and there fore have some questions:

 

- will my upgrades (staff, security and production) be transferred to the new club or do i need to buy them again?

- will my cars in my garage be transferred automatically or wil the be lost if they are in the nightclub garage when i make the change?

 

i know the warehouse needs to be empty for the relocation, is there anything else to be aware of?

you lose all popularity and upgrades, probably stock as well

All of the other businesses when I moved (ie. Bunker, vehicle warehouse) I got 50% back on the purchase price of everything.  I'd assume that we're still true with nightclubs.

You lose the upgrades done on the club and utilities. You keep the storage you bought and cars in it. You can’t lose cargo, because you can only trade your NC without goods in storage. You will get some refund for your current upgrades. Popularity drops to 0. 

Your assigned technicians keep doing their jobs after switching NC’s and need not to be setup again.

Was thinking of switching locations from Del Perro

to the one everyone has, on downtown Vinewood.

Tho I really like the Del Perro area, and a lot of my

stuff is located around there, landing a helicopter

on the back entrance in that alley is kind of a pain.

The Buzzard and Sparrow actually are not that bad

but landing the Akula or Savage there is damn near

impossible. Also it seems to me most battles tend

to happen on the East side of the map. Since there

are discounts on the Club and upgrades this week,

should I do it? Willing to listen to advice on this one.

 

edit: forgot the most important thing. I simply hate

the spawn point of my personal vehicle been on the

other side of the block, across the parking lot. Yes,

I know I can go thru the garage, but when you're 

trying to go back for that 2nd product of a business

battle and your OpMk2 spawns all the way across

the city block  it's really infuriating to me.

I solve that by taking out the car at the service entrance, drive a block and place it back before I log off. It's a car I don't use and can't bother with if the game might accidently eat it due to the service entrance spot bug. It's a standard Duke o' Death there, which is free for me anyway. 

Next time I log in, the service entrance car is marked as 'last used' and so will be spawned outside. Whenever I go out in my main vehicle, that Duke will spawn back to the service entrance spot. If not, I'll simply order a new one.

don't drive it onto the yellow dot.      i've noticed after you deliver the 1st one you spawn up the alley past the stairs a few paces.   park it there and you'll spawn right next to it after you deliver.   of course, sometimes you won't necessarily have the time for that, as you dodge bullets or what-have-you.

i had del perro too and yes it’s definitely worth moving to downtown vinewood esp for business battles and personal vehicle spawns

People who relocated their clubs - Did you lost your stats (e.g. amount of earned money reseted to 0 or not) ?

yea I'm pretty sure it's like the other business,

you won't see the  stats from the previous one

No it's not. Everything is kept from before.

 

You only lose a truck with supplies and you can do a few mission to get it back... But all is kept with NC. I tried it last night

How do you lose a truck with supplies when switching NC? You can only do that without any stock in your storages.

Well... To relocate a club, you should have an empty NC... It will not let you to change it if you have any stock

I think you misunderstood me. When you change NC, you only lose popularity (reset to 0) and a truck with supplies in back garage (as "trophy"). All other trophies are still there (in safe and desk). But you need to do several promo missions to get that truck back...

Lol, the Pisswasser Mule at the service entrance is barely a loss, just decorative and will be back after doing 1 of the specific promo missions. I know what switching clubs do. I answered in this topic earlier. Thought you meant one of the delivery trucks at level 1, which would be impossible to have filled with supplies during a move of the club.

Lots of people had opinions about which night club to buy, probably just because that's the one they had. I read that whole thing and I didn't see anyone who said had owned both strawberry and mission row. Flip side, it seems from all replies there I already own the best one (other than I guess the unbelievably packed del perro) so I'll probably stay where I'm at for now.

If you get a new night club, you will have to basically start it like from new i.e. do the DJs missions again

No, you do *not* lose anything from the basement: garage/storage levels, techs, vehicles+upgrades, ... except the accumulated goods, so sell before moving your nightclub.

 

What you lose apart from that is nightclub renovations (except the name) and equipment/staff/security ugprades, but you get about half their cost back.

You don't see the nightclub icon on the map? If so and if you paid the price, then contact Rockstar Support.

Stats from Biker business get reset

Stats from all other types of business are kept across multiple locations
