Doctor Holliday
Pretty sure I'm gonna' buy one of these What do you guys think? The amount of adaptive artificial intelligence they packed into this thing for a pretty relative bargain is what intrigues me most. They have a lot of plans for ongoing development of its internal systems and smart home/device integration, not to mention expanding its own personality and learning capabilities. It's like your own little Wall-E or something. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/anki/vector-by-anki-a-giant-roll-forward-for-robot-kind The Kickstarter is ending in a couple of days, but aside from saving some money on the price tag, becoming a supporter grants you access to the Vector's software development kit. So that's pretty sweet. This includes you in their future beta programs where you'll apparently be able to make special requests for new ideas or new features while providing feedback on exclusive software updates. Which is cool and stuff. It looks like a fun gadget to say the least and it's not breaking the bank for something that could potentially just be useless in a couple of years lol... Never owned an actual robot before. This is a cute enough place to begin.

Doctor Holliday
It's not really about the utility because even the cheapest smart-home devices have more basic functions or commands than this thing, it's just pretty unique against the great sea of household robots on the market at the moment. It's not a vacuum, it's not a question/answer machine, it's attempting to roll out with a rudimentary character and curiosity of its own. It combines a surprising amount of Artificial Intelligence with mobility and personality which is pretty rare at the moment. Especially for something so cheap. It just looks like fun. Doctor Holliday
Really? Is that just a Kickstarter issue? If you still wanted one I don't see why they wouldn't be available worldwide after the initial release date.
